Wir haben nach dem überall ausverkauften Buffalo Gospher hike low in grau/schwarz, Größe 39 gesucht und sind bei Schuh.eu fündig geworden! Zuerst waren wir wegen der nicht wenigen Negativ-Rezensionen verunsichert, aber wir können nur sagen, dass der Versand prompt und zuverlässig per UPS von Dublin nach Deutschland lief! Bezahlt wurde per PayPal, die Kommunikation war bestens! Die tolle Ware kam trotz beschädigtem Karton unversehrt an! Zoll zahlt man keinen, da Irland ein EU-Land ist. Auch eine Einfuhrumsatzsteuer wird nicht erhoben, da es sich nicht um ein Drittland handelt. Also wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Und der vegane Schuh sitzt übrigens perfekt und ist überhaupt nicht so schwer wie er aussieht ☺️ Dankeschön!

I received a Dr Martens bag which was badly damaged, I was refunded return postage charges, but not delivery fee. After using the online chat, they agreed to refund the delivery charge. Happy with the customer service I received, however, not happy to receive damaged goods.
Accepted an order with next day delivery, to then take payment for next day delivery and tell me that part of the order wasn’t available for next day delivery….. only after I’d placed the order. Misleading. They also use Evri for delivery, so it’ll be pot luck if I ever actually receive anything. Won’t be buying from them again and will return the items out of principle and will get a refund for the next day delivery.
Excellent Customer Service at Schuh Braehead! I recently returned a pair of damaged Kickers school shoes for my teenage daughter that we had purchased six months earlier. I was a bit worried they wouldn’t exchange them, but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Schuh has a fantastic 1-year policy for damaged goods. The staff at Schuh in Braehead Shopping Centre, Glasgow, were absolutely brilliant—helpful, friendly, and efficient. The exchange process was seamless, and even though they didn’t have the shoes in stock, they arranged to have them sent to my home free of charge. This level of customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciate how hassle-free the experience was. Huge thanks to Schuh for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely be shopping here again!
Do not buy from this fraudulent company. I have returned the shoes a month ago (17/01) but got lost by Evri. Schuh is coming up with any possible excuse, which has been repeated most of the time, to not to refund my money. Avoid avoid avoid if you dont want to loose your money, it's not worth the few pounds safe!! Update: I've got my money back by quoting legal requirement. Under Consumer Rights Act, I was entitled my money back as I have sent the shoes back and I have provided the tracking number.
I’d ordered from Office first - not recommended! And ended up returning those shoes and purchasing through Schuh instead who delivered my shoes quickly and in pristine condition. Going buy the reviews on I’d be hesitant to order online again now though! My experience couldn’t be faulted to be honest. I paid more at Schuh than office for the same shoes only reason I didn’t give 5 star.
They lost my package apparently delivered it to my neighbour who wasn’t even in at the time and refuse to help me. Spent over £100 on my package not to get it ? And to be told to call the police as it’s a civil dispute give it a rest I’ve had to dispute the charge now as I have none of my goods and it took two weeks to receive that response ? By the looks of other reviews this is not a first time thing and buying off them online poses a massive risk
Die Lieferung nach Deutschland hat ca. 1 Woche gedauert. Versand erfolgte durch UPS. Verpackung und Schuhe waren in einwandfreiem Zustand. Shop ist zu empfehlen.

Terrible quality and awful customer service. J bought my son some school shoes from Schuh which fell apart after only a week. Customer services asked me to send them back to them so they could assess the problem. I couldn’t just send photos. My son is still having to wear these rubbish shoes so it’s not possible to send them back. I would expect for the money that they would last ok get than a week. I won’t be buying from Schuh again
Shoes were stolen and my signature was forged. Schuh were no help at all, just took the drivers word that he delivered it. No picture proof of delivery was taken either. Horrible service, should have never shopped with them.
Scammers !!! Horrible service I sent £300-£400 here for 3 pairs of shoes . When the delivery was made the driver took a photo of the parcel in his hand . When I went to find the parcel it wasn’t there . I contact support for help nearly a month ago now . They are still investigating apparently. Now they claim the parcel was successfully delivered by them describing successful it means as long as the drivers gps point shows at the address . It’s hilarious they took my money and no one’s taking this serious I’ve been robbed by their own driver , don’t shop here there driver will just rob you and you can’t get your money back . Horrible service !!!!! Save your self the hassle and order elsewhere it’s cheaper as well only reason I got my order from here as it was needed the very next day which they still did not fulfill either .
Looking desperately for some sandles for a surprise trip Went to several shoe shops in Liverpool 1 Eventually found my way to Schuh in Paradise St The staff were lovely, helpful and sympathetic to my obvious desperation And the fact I have a bunion on my left foot ! We had a laugh Thanks again to the young man and woman Very happy with my purchase
Terrible customer service, arrived to collect pre paid shoes, ignored for ages, had to say 'excuse me' to an associate who tried to walk away even though I was stood at the Sales desk clearly waiting to be served. She did go to get my order, on return asked if my daughter wanted to try them on only to look very annoyed when she wasn't available immediately as had gone to look at other shoes (didn't buy any probably won't again). She didn't offer us a bag and was curt and annoyed the whole time. Why choose a job in customer service if clearly your not capable of doing it? She had no interest at all in serving us. Pease discuss how to deal with customers. On a better note the lady on exit was lovely hence the 2 stars rather than one.
Ordered some boots, courier claims to have delivered them but can't provide any proof. Schuh state they won't refund me as the delivery note has a signature on it, strange as I was 80 miles away on the day they supposedly delivered them. Will be taking this further
Warning Schuh use the most unreliable courier company in the UK even for their next day delivery option been waiting 4 days and still no item. Schuh customer service are useless in chasing each time I contact they say it’ll be out for delivery tomorrow but still nothing 😭 Update 01/02 still nothing and no response from Evri other than on a Trustpilot review. Final update, Schuh have cancelled my parcel and I am now waiting for refund. I asked them if they always use Evri for next day and they said yes they use Evri for all deliveries.
Courier left my parcel in the street instead of my safe place. It was stolen. This company refused to help me, would not send my trainers or refund even tho there was photo evidence of the courier dumping my £100 trainers on the pavement in schuh packaging. Courier marked as signed for and showed on his own evidence that I wasn't home and did not sign for. No urgency or care from schuh so here's their review as I promised.
I ordered a pair of trainers on standard delivery and they were delivered in about 27 hours - very impressed and even more so for living in north of Scotland!

Mar 06,2025Ordered goods totalling £175 they wanted a signature so made sure someone was at home even though delivery changed 3 times within 24 hours then fed ex lied saying that delivery was attempted.. total lies!!! I rang them straight away, was given excuse upon excuse then was told they had technical issues and couldn’t contact driver,, got to wait until goods are received by Schuh then wait 3-5 working days for refund!!! Totally disgusted with way I have been treated!!!! Would never shop with this company again
