Feb 02,2024I made a 5k payment on 8k bill and they took the whole 8k in two separate payments. 1 with the 5k I authorized and the other 3k that I did not. Then told me it would take 5-15 days for it to be refunded. What a terrible service.

Feb 02,2024Every single time I made a payment online or via the app, it would take additional money out of my account. For example, today I made a payment of $350 and it took out $350 plus and additional payment of $60 and there was nothing that told me it was going to do that. Plus God forbid you get behind on a payment, they will hound you and threaten collection activity right from the start.

Jan 29,2024These loan plans work well as long as Scratchpay bases your loan on past payment history and not just on your credit score. I may have incurred debt, but pay things on time. Also, what helps with these loans is if you can pay a bit more on the loan each time it is due.

Jan 27,2024Scratchpay literally took 2 minutes to apply for and get approved. They covered the amount needed to get the care for my baby. The payment plan is so easy with automatic payments. I would receive an email and a text about a week before the payment was due just to remind me that my payment was due. They were beyond amazing when I needed a hand at 1AM. I pray I never need to use them again like in the emergency that I did, but if I ever need a hand to save any of my babies, I know Scratchpay is who I'm turning to!

Jan 26,2024This plan came in at the right time for our dogs surgery, BUT if you pay 2 days late they charge you 19.00 for a late fee plus every time you pay they also charge a 2.50 charge for convenience pay! What convenience? In addition to the high interest you pay . CRAZY EXPENSIVE!

Jan 25,2024I have an excellent credit score and was immediately declined. From looking at the comments, it sounds like they approve those who are likely to miss or have late payments so they can hit you with their high percentage rates. That's a scam!
