Dec 26,2023Scratchpay was easy to use and a great resource for an emergency vet visit for my cat when I don’t have a credit card/good credit in general. I was able to get him the treatment he needed immediately, with no delay to wait for approval. Payments were easy and I’m so grateful.

Dec 20,2023I was approved for numerous plans and paid every one off early. Since they didn’t make interest off of me I haven’t been approved for another plan and keep getting declined. Nothing has changed with my job and I actually got a pay INCREASE so care credit will be who I use from this point forward. Scratchpay sucks

Dec 19,2023If not for scratchpay the emergency vets in Newington NH would have just let my dog Penelope die. I didn't have $4000 on hand but luckily I had decent credit and scratchpay saved Penelope. And has made a few other emergency visits not so stressful by taking care of the bill immediately and allowing a fair monthly payment plan. Thank God for this company!!!!!

Dec 15,2023If i could give 0 stars i would!!!! My pup needed a c section, so financing was the most ideal with dealing with a Frenchie. Applied for scratch pay, got approved 10/11/23 due to the puppies needing to be delivered by 10/30/23 and attempting to be proactive. Received a call advising that Long Animal Hospital does not take SCRATCH PAY only CARE CREDIT. Thats fine, got approved for CARE Reached out to Scratch pay to advise we can cancel due to this location not taking them and had to find other means of finance. (WHICH WAS NOTED ON THE ACCOUNT) they advised us as long as not activity was made on the account it would cancel out on its own in 30days..had an EMERG c-section at an EMERG room 10/29/2023....haven't been back to Long since....for what? ONLYYYYY to get notifications that LONG ANIMAL HOSPITAL finalized a 5k procedure 11/8/23 that NEVER TOOK PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EXPLAIN THAT TO ME!!!! When calling Scratch pay I get the run around everyone has to contact someone else, each customer service rep has the WORST and NASTIEST customer service!!! Very condescending and non-professionals I've encountered in a long time. But YALL STILL TKING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT KNOWING SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!!! This is a form of FRAUDULANT activity, so I would advise this be taking very seriously and corrected before an additional payment is taken from my account on a loan that was NEVER USED. If not, charges will be taken out at the MECKLENBURG COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT and both parties financial department will be under investigation very soon!! ;)

Dec 15,2023The statements are vague, subsequent charges you may have that go on Scratchpay don't show up, so if you don't remember you will end up with tons of interest fees. It is hard to read the agreement when you are in a vet office with a sick pup needing emergency surgery. They actually have a policy that YOU have to call at the end of your promotion period to tell them you paid it off within the time frame or else "the account remains active" and interest accrues. I was billed for this 4 months after paying off the loan. In what universe is this OK? Never never had to do that with a loan. When it's paid it's paid. They count on the confusing statement, not updating your charges, and the ridiculous policy of having to call to close the loan to get more money out of everyone. SUPER shady!

Dec 12,2023Scratchpay was a great option to pay for a treatment for my cat that I didn’t have the money for. It was incredibly easy to apply for and use. I like the way you get plenty of notice when the payment is coming due. I plan to pay it off before interest starts to accumulate, so it’s no-cost. I recommended it to my sister, and she used it, too. It’s a great way to ensure pets, often low on the priority list for those of us who live paycheck to paycheck, get needed care.

Dec 27,2023They really got me out of a jam. I thank them so much. So far so good. Here are some important things to remember: Call them and request to be taken off autopay if you intend to payoff your loan in 6 months (no interest) as this will allow you to pay more than the minimum due. When you go to make your final payment prior to the six month expiration date call them again and they will give you the final payment amount after deducting the interest. If you want to use the allotted 12 month timeframe provided you need do nothing but make timely payments via autopay. Hope this helps. Thanks ScratchPay!
