Jan 21,2024I am thankful I was able to have this service to help me get the care I needed for my pet. There were some bumps at first. The older version of Scratchpay was not user friendly and had to contact customer service to refund the error in paying the loan off second month in and they were great. Since then they updated the app and it works much better and less room for error like what happened to me. Thank you for helping my furry friend.

Jan 20,2024Needs a real website with account. Use of SMS verification is highly insecure, and I could not access this account while abroad in Poland. Also, the Scratch team leaked another account's information to me when I asked for a bill. They could not produce an actual account statement for me, Rather they just sent me an email with the wrong account information for another person entirely. Do not use this service. If you need financing for this sort of thing, go through a real bank, get a personal loan instead.

Jan 17,2024ScratchPay has been a GOD SEND. My dog had an emergency vet experience where he stopped urinating and began vomitting. He was diagnosed with bladder stones and required immediate surgery that was over $4K. I did not have that amount readily available to pay and was advised to apply for Scratchpay. I did and it was super easy with approval in under 5-10minutes. I was even impressed with their application taking the time to verify my identity with a visual ID by side of my actual face as part of the approval process. All of my payments have been through their link. Even a couple times I knew my payment would be late I reached out to their customer service via email and the have been very responsive, professional and helpful on at least 3 occasions that I have reached out to them.Scratch pay was a GOD SEND in approving my dogs medical bill and they have been nothing but courteous and reliable for the duration of my loan. I wouldn't think twice about using them again, it's a no brainer for me. Plus they had an offer for early pay off to have interest paid back to you. Thanks Scratch Pay for your assistance and friendly staff.

Jan 15,2024We had an emergency surgery done on our cat, unfortunately it was an expense we could not afford all at once at the time. Scratchpay allowed us to pay for the surgery while making monthly payments. It was an easy process to get approved. Early payoff with zero interest was a very great motivator!

Jan 14,2024So I wanted to payoff my account, which it said I owed 162.71. I chose that option. And it charged me 222.71. that's 60$ overcharged. I called into scratch pay and they said they don't know why it pulled extra money out. But they seen that the account was $60 over. But he couldnt refund the money because the account is closed. Which doesn't make sense because it has +60 in it. But he said I'll have to wait for scratchpay to issue a refund 1 month from today. Then wait 7-10 business day to receive it in the mail. I never had payment issues before. But what was strange was when I called in like a week ago to update my number and update my payment, the woman turned off the recorded line to take my card info. Which I thought was strange. Then I ended up not going through with it anyway. But idk 😐 I'm very upset and disappointed in scratchpay right now.
