Jun 06,2022Could not recommend any higher! Today we unfortunately broke down in our horsebox on the way to a competition, we have our insurance through SEIB with the added breakdown option. It is scary being broke down on the side of a very busy road with livestock on board but my experience with SEIB was nothing short of perfect. I called the emergency number and was quickly answered by one of their staff members he went absolutely above and beyond to arrange recovery for the truck and a horse transporter he even arranged a taxi to pick up my friend who was with us as only one person could go with the recovery. He called me back every ten minutes until everything was booked and in place and was so comforting and reassuring. The company that SEIB use for arranging the horse transporter were also amazing always asking how my horse was coping with the situation and got one of their agents to us within 30 minutes (the agent was also amazing and waited with us for over an hour for the police to arrive), I absolutely cannot fault my experience today and I am a customer for life with SEIB. Thank you so so much.
