Jan 12,2025I ordered from them over a month ago. I know it was at Chicago O'Hare many weeks ago. I could have drove up and picked the damn thing up. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. Imagine the horror on Christmas day, when I told my loved one what their Christmas present would be in advance, and there I was empty handed. She accepted the shipping delay on Christmas day, but now, well into January, she doesn't believe me. I will never, EVER order from this company again, not EVER. If you choose to respond, repond with a solution. I want my art or my money back.

Jan 10,2025Took forever to get my product I didn't get any updates was very disappointed. I eventually got my product but I had ordered it early December and got no updates on when it was going to be delivered it was supposed to be given out for Christmas and I never got it

Jan 10,2025I had no idea it would take FOREVER for my order to arrive. When it arrived I was very surprised that it was not a 3 dimensional sign as pictured when I ordered it. Instead it was in fact a cheap tin type sign that I paid right at $50. Two words for you: NEVER AGAIN.

Not only was it a masculine design, but it appropriately showed his dedication to his faith. The bracelet was made of quality material and for a great price. Plus, shipping arrived very quickly (which was appreciated with Christmas shipping concerns).

Dec 31,2024well it is now Dec 30, 2024 and still waiting on the mounting straps that were promised! order 1137098 ordered on 11/22/24. received 12/15/24 missing straps and mounting instructions. told by customer service that they would send, still no straps!! Maybe they will arrive by next Christmas!

Dec 31,2024Horrible is the one word I can think of. Ordered a Christmas gift in November, it’s December 30th and still never arrived. Got an email saying it was delivered, never got it. Kept getting the run around when I contacted vendor that it takes 12-15 days turn around time. Uh, well we are way past that. Thank goodness my credit card company refunded the $114 purchase. Never ever buy from this place.
