Ship Smart handled the process smoothly and for a reasonable price. My questions were answered every step of the way. Sep 13,2018They movers came as scheduled. They packed up the table and chairs and then they left. The movers emailed me and let me know. The total price. They shipped it out to Portland Oregon and it arrived in 2 weeks time. It was well packed and there was no damage when it arrived. The only thing I have a problem with was they estimated it and when they finally shipped it it cost me over 200 dollars more. The reason I chose this company was because they were 500-700 dollars cheaper than a few other movers. It was still cheaper but I ended up paying more for the shipment. It is all ok but I didnt like the extra tacked on after they shipped it.

Sep 13,2018I highly recommend ShipSmart fast, courteous, on-time and on-budget ! I have used them on two cross-country moves now -- from NY to LA (fast, clean packers) and in LA the team that delivered my furniture clearly enjoyed their job and made the experience fun. 3 years later, I had them move me from LA to CT (yep cross country again) -- same pleasant experience and the fact that even the IKEA furniture looks new and isn't broken is a strong testament to their skills as a moving company.

Oct 11,2018Wonderful Service. I needed to get a bed set to my elderly mom from Georgia to Arizona. They did it with outstanding service. Police, nice, helped at all stages, and service was super. The employees who delivered the bed and set it up were great. My Mom and I loved the service. Kept everyone notified of what was happening and when. Thank you very much.
