May 04,2015This was my first experience in shipping one item across the country. My husband was in the military and I moved many times. This experience would be new and I was slightly apprehensive. Too my surprise I received the best move of all the moves. Everyone did their job in a professional and confident manner. The move was superb from start to finish. I would you Ship Smart,Inc. again and intend everyone how great they are.

They cleared out our apartment and delivered to our new home just a couple weeks later. Everything was packaged very secure and custom crates were built around everything! Awesome service at a very fair price!"

Jan 01,2015Ship Smart took the stress out of my cross country move. I was referred to them by one of the many hauling companies that I got estimates from for renting a small truck or van. Once I factored in the drive, gas, and lodging, it was way more than I had budgeted for. I'm so pleased with the professional and courteous customer service staff. I was able to schedule my pick up and drop off dates and times. My things were shrink wrapped and put on a pallet for delivery. Not one thing was broken. I was also able to fly and use the service, and not break my budget. I would definitely recommend Ship Smart to anyone.

Dec 23,2014Found ShipSmart online with a few others. Communication was fantastic, information was honest and easy to understand and the actual service was beyond expectations. When the crew arrived, they were professional, made sure they understood what was being shipped, packed the items up with a lot of care and were very careful with all the stuff. We were even given delivery estimates and options throughout the delivery phase. I will use no other service in the future, as ShipSmart was the best decision I made!

Dec 23,2014I wanted to ship an antique bed to my son in Washington. Several large movers were not interested in such a small shipment, however found Ship Smart on the internet and found them to be courteous, prompt and very professional. They arrived at my house on schedule, and my son reported they were very accommodating setting up a mutually agreeable delivery day & time. The bed was very well packed, and my granddaughters had a ball with the box, using it for a little playroom after my son put a light bulb in it and cut a door in the side. I can highly recommend Ship Smart.

Dec 13,2014When a mover isn't warranted and the items would be a pain to ship on your own, I would highly recommend ShipSmart. I had a large antique coffee table, a big oil painting, some framed art and two cartons. It was all picked up without a hitch and arrived safely in a timely manner. This is worth the money charged and then some!

Dec 12,2014I can only simply say, "The Best". The best people to work with, the best price, the best at meeting their scheduled delivery and pick-up, and more importantly the best value for the buck! My wife had to close her mother's home in San Antonio, TX and called me to say that she very much wanted to keep her Grandfather's Desk but seeing as she flew from Chicago to San Antonio I was pretty sure she wouldn't be able to check the desk through as luggage for the trip home. So how does one get a desk packaged and shipped? After some internet searching I found Ship Smart. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel like my wife's childhood memories would be safely delivered. I would never consider using anyone else in the future.

Dec 12,2014I was referred to Ship Smart by Superior in Philadelphia, PA, a local moving company. I prepacked and shipped my son a complete household goods shipment for his new and unfurnished apartment. Everything from furniture to dishes, linen, paper products, the works; and clothes. Everything was brand new and in original packaging. He didn't know what was coming. An unscrupulous shipper could have easily "lost" or "exchanged" items. Everything arrived untouched and in one piece. The furniture was additionally wrapped for added protection. The shipment was from Philadelphia, PA to Utah. I would use this company again. The customer service (movers, office staff) was A-1 rated.

Dec 12,2014I entrusted Ship Smart with a family heirloom desk and chair that I needed shipped from New England to Michigan. Everything from initial email contact to delivery confirmation was done in a professional manner. Every customer service person, every delivery person, every trucker was courteous and performed his or her job as well as I could have hoped. The final cost was as estimated, delivery was on time, and the desk and chair arrived at their destination without a dent or scratch. Five stars without a doubt.

Nov 17,2014I have used Shipsmart twice! Every person I dealt with whether it be the movers or office staff were very friendly. Being a single mother, moving across the country twice was hard enough but with the movers they made it a whole lot easier on me! They showed up on time, answered all my questions and called to let me know when my shipment was shipped out. They are extremely professional and courteous. I WILL definitely use them again and I WILL definitely refer them to my friends and family!!

My parents are in the process of moving across the country and needed assistance with moving, I suggested to them to use Ship Smart and it was a smart decision to do! In addition, all of the employees, from estimating quotes (all via email, even to sign for the docs) to the pick up and delivery, they all have been AMAZING and TRUSTWORTHY. They are quick and very helpful to meet your needs. Ship Smart really helped my parents with their last minute move and made it less stressful during that time. We will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.
