The guys that picked up my stuff were accommodating and kind. The challenge was the delivery as they do not offer weekend delivery, which is short sighted and ridiculous. I called the corporate office for the third party delivery company that they use and they were able to coordinate a decent time that worked with my schedule, but it took a lot of energy and unnecessarily wasted my time.

I had to ship my late parents furniture from Texas to Massachusetts. I had no idea how to do this, or how much it would cost. I called shipsmart and the process from start to finish was simple and quick. The people I spoke to over the phone were extremely helpful. Both people shipping the stuff and the people delivering it to my house communicated to me every step of the way. Extremely happy with the entire process and the cost was very surprising in a good way!

When my husband and I decided we were moving from Northern California to Southern California, we did not think twice about it and hired ShipSmart. We had used them before for a move and they provided excellent service, great pricing and prompt delivery. They again provided the same high quality of service to us on our move from Truckee mountains to Oxnard beaches. It was great to not have to worry about the moving aspect when you are in the escrow and trying to purchase another home. Of course our belongings were boxed and thoroughly wrapped that we had no damage at all. Thank you ShipSmart for your excellent service...definitely recommend you to all for their moving needs.

Shipsmart was on time, provided all services offered. Pickup was as stated. Delivery and end point was per my schedule. All boxes were intact, no damages

Shipment pick-up and delivery was very good. Communication could have been better during the interim period of the pick-up and delivery. All personnel were courteous, but a proactive update during the actual shipment period would have been appreciated. Total turnaround time was about 4 weeks. This is a good service and fulfills a gap created by the big moving companies who don't want moves with less than a couple thousand pounds.

Stellar service from beginning to end. Pickup end was amazed how quick,clean & quick the service was in their home. Same at delivery end. Maybe not the cheapest but worth the money

Ship Smart is the BEST! Shipping my paintings 'cross country was smooth and easy with them. I would use their services again without reservation, and I would recommend Ship Smart to all of my artist friends!

Very positive experience from my first call to Ship Smart to delivery. I shipped a desk and two antique hibachi's from KS to AZ. All 3 pieces were packed extremely well with items arriving in perfect condition. The crews that picked up the items and delivered (driveway delivery) were professional. I had weighed each item and figured what the packing might be so my final cost was exactly what Ship Smart quoted and I expected. I will be using Ship Smart again.

I would give zero stars if possible. I'm in the process of reporting this company to the Better Busses Bureau for deceptive practices. They are a HORRIBLE company. They do not deserve a dime of your money. They will tell you one thing and then try to extort further money out of you. They will not adhere to an agreed upon delivery schedule. You’ll be lucky if you get your things a month after the date they give you and when you do get your things they will most likely be damaged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Watch out for Mike especially, he is the most dishonest sales rep I have ever dealt with.
