Nov 12,2014When I was faced with cleaning out my mom's house after her passing I was overwhelmed at how I was going to ship a few pieces of furniture fro Michigan to California. Ship Smart was amazed. From the first phone call to the delivery it was so easy. Nothing was damaged, it came on time (actually quicker than I was promised) and I can't say anything thank you enough.

Nov 11,2014I would recommend the Ship Smart Service to anyone on the go, or in the middle of a move. Their customer service rep. called me, more than once, with updates on my shipment's location(s), and I didn't even have to ask. The shipment arrived when they said it would and their driver delivered it to the driveway. He called ahead, and unloaded the pallet, too. There was nothing to do but sign.

Nov 11,2014In May '14 I moved a one-bed condo from VA to AZ - it was flawless, picked it up on time, handled the packing well, shipper skidded it really well, delivery was flexible and on time with zero damage or loss, pricing worked well - I underestimated some quantities and weights, but the total was what I expected based on the estimate. In October '14 I shipped two pallets of items, many sentimental keepsakes, from FL to AZ with the same experience as the first time. They did what they said they would do - Well Done!

Nov 11,2014We needed to ship a few pieces of furniture from the San Francisco Bay Area to Colorado. The Ship Smart crew did an excellent job from start to finish (delivery). The office staff promptly provided a competitive bid, the pick up crew was on-time and efficient, and the delivery went perfectly within the time frame estimated. Everyone was very pleasant and customer oriented. We definitely give Ship Smart an Outstanding review!

Nov 11,2014We've used Ship Smart several times. They show up when they say they will; they wrap and handle your goods with care; and they communicate to let you know cost, timing, etc., and when goods will be delivered. My last shipping required a pick up in two places and they handled it with no problems! When you have items too big to ship any other way (i.e. US Postal, UPS, etc) they are the shippers you should contact! You can also ship to multiple places when giving furniture to relatives in or out-of-state. I plan to use them again within the next 6 months! They are the BEST!

Nov 11,2014I learned of Ship Smart from a neighbor who had shipped a large wooden swing set from CA to OH. She raved about the prompt pick-up, handling and care she received with Ship Smart and said I wouldn't be disappointed with their service. She was right! The two gentlemen arrived on time, took great care of my antiques and furniture, even taking time to special-wrap a picture frame that I didn't think I'd be able to ship. All my items arrived in FL from CA undamaged and extra care was provided during crating to put upright "Nothing On Top!" signs prevent crush damage. I would definitely use Ship Smart again and found it to be very cost-effective as well!

Nov 11,2014Ship Smart was recommended to me by a friend when I was planning a move from NC to CA. I called them up and was immediately blown away at their customer service. They won me over as a customer, and were very informative, continually, throughout the whole move process. The incredible way in which they packed and palletized everything meticulously was simply amazing when my entire life's belongings arrived, and arrived on time. I will never hesitate to use Ship Smart again if ever (hopefully not) I have to move again.
