Jul 21,2021I am not pleased with ShipSmart. The company forgot to ship one of my palettes, which had my bed and dresser on it. As a result, I've had to sleep on the floor in my apartment, which is absurd and unacceptable. They also damaged one of my items. I will not use this service again, and I don't recommend others to use it.

Jul 11,2021Ship Smart helped me with my last minute coast to coast move. They were extremely flexible on the phone, via email, and the team was willing to help at all steps. They walked me through the insurance and planning, and were honest with their weight and price quotation. All their costs and fees were transparent from beginning to end, and I ended up paying the exact price of my initial quotation + insurance. My move was coast to coast, and with nearly 40 heavy boxes, they arrived with everything accounted for. Even my TV didn't suffer any damage during the long coast to coast journey! If you have a small-medium sized move, I would definitely recommend Ship Smart for your moving needs.

Jun 28,2021I inherited a nearly 100 year old glass top wroght iron table that needed to be shipped from Washington to California. I had been looking at a few different shipping companies and decided on ShipSmart after speaking with Carly on initial estimates and shipped process. Carly was personable and wonderful and I felt immediately positive about booking with ShipSmart. The process was fantastic, true to estimate, efficient and communicative through the ship. When the table and chairs arrived, I wasn’t expecting the glass top to survive the journey, but the amount of care was apparent in the packing. Glass survived the trip and the rest of the items were packed safely and securely as if the people packing were shipping their own family heirloom. I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and service and the price was very fair-no hidden costs-and a little less than I had been expecting. I have had some poor experiences with shipping companies in the past and ShipSmart exceeded my expectations-I am so thrilled! Thank you Carly and thank you ShipSmart!!

Jun 24,2021So far my experience has been poor. Furniture PU on 5/6 it is now 6/23 and I cannot get a status on when will be delivered (going from Arizona to California!) After 2 calls to customer service last week I was told that they would follow up with me once they heard from the dock where the furniture was - this is the 21st century, how long should it be for them to get a response? After paying over 1900 dollars to has the items shipped, as a customer do I not deserve some follow-up? This company has a good rating, but obviously their customer service people need more training. I am only asking for a status update but cannot get one. I wrote this review because of my frustration with the communication. However, the day after I wrote this review I was contacted by Trish with an apology and a promise to follow-up on the status of the shipment. Within 24 hours she provided me with the status and the furniture was delivered on 7/2. I appreciated Trishs' follow through....that was all I had wanted in the first place. Thank you Trish for your assistance.

Jun 23,2021I appreciated the high level of communication I received from the Ship Smart Team from beginning to end. At each step, I knew where my order stood. The delivery team even unwrapped and placed my glass tops on my tables for me which I had not expected them to do. Would highly recommend this company for any small moves!

Jun 23,2021If I could give no stars I would!! Two shipments were picked up on May 10th. It is now June 23rd and I have nothing. After long long holds on phone, I was told incorrectly that one had been delivered. FALSE!!! Now I am on hold again!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Jun 23,2021Well packaged items, almost too well in fact. Shipping costs almost exceeded the value of the items shipped. My only criticism. However, the items reached us in the same condition as when they left the house in California. You did what you said you'd do. Couldn't ask for more.

Jun 20,2021I am very impressed with this company. I was under a very short time frame to get my items from one coast to the other and Ship Smart came through. They arrived at my home when promised, reassured me that my items would be crated and packed to insure there was no damage and they actually arrived at the destination a day early! Their quote was very comparable but the service they provided was outstanding. I also had them pack separate (2) sets of china dishes, crystal and silverware for our nephews in FL which without Ship Smart's expertise, these dishes would have been even more damaged upon arrival than they were. I used another company to deliver these cartons and they showed no respect for my items so it was a lesson learned.

May 31,2021I cannot say enough about Ship Smart - they specialize in small moves and were amazingly responsive, came in UNDER the estimate (and admitted it), delivered everything 2 weeks sooner than we expected and everything was in PERFECT condition. They packed the larger items for us (for a fee, of course) and they did a better job than we ever could have done. A desk, TV, computer, 2 computer monitors - all in perfect shape when they arrived as well as all the boxes we packed ourselves. Moving our daughter home from college from NOLA to Arizona was a piece of cake, thanks to Ship Smart.

Feb 23,2021It all begin when a friend suggested that I contact Ship Smart, Inc, to ship some boxes to Milwaukee, as a result of my Mother's passing in Miami, Florida. The first contact with the Company's representative was so customer friendly, patient and understanding of the enormous task before me. The representative worked with me for pickup and with the delivery of my shipping once I returned home, All expectations were met, and the price was very reasonable.

Feb 20,2021Great assistance from staff in managing abs arranging the move of antique dining furniture from a home in AZ to another in TX. Furniture arrived at final destination after a short stay in storage waiting on truck space/availability. It was delivered into our garage, expertly wrapped, on the shipping pallet, in perfect condition. Price was very reasonable compared to contracting directly with a moving company. I saved several thousand dollars for this cross state move. I would recommend Ship Smart to anyone with a flexible schedule who needs to move items.

Aug 13,2021Had to leave 1 star it should be zero. On 08/04/2021 I was shopping to ship a pilates machine from California to New York. I had one quote from TSI for $1509. I spoke with Carly she was very pleasant & described their service she convinced me it was a superior product, she sent me a quote on 08/05 for $1747. I called back 08/06 spoke I believe with Edward & asked if they price matched. The answer was yes but you have to provide the estimate in order to do this. Sent the estimate from TSI. Carly advised me they wouldn't be able to match the $1509 as they provided a superior product, but could get the price down from the original quote. OK! I say. Carly I'll advise you Monday 08/09. Monday nothing. Call 08/10 Carly not available leave a message with Edward. 08/11. Now I'm chasing them for my business. 😂 No revised quote as promised. I call ask for Carly not available...ok! I need to speak with a supervisor, 15 mins on hold later Kathy shows up. Explain what's going on very pleasant conversation Kathy ask me to give her 24hrs an issue with the warehouse. I agree! 25 hrs later nothing. I call again Andrea answers, ask for Kathy she's not available. Andrea can I help you I explain, Andrea let me see if Kathy's available 13 mins later. Andrea sorry she's not available but she contacted the warehouse & your quote is now $2247. You quote me $1747 you waste my time don't respond when you say you will, tell me you can lower the price don't respond as promised by a supervisor no doubt. I call & you bump the estimate by $500. Sorry I lost it.
