May 06,2020Everything was handled well and we were kept informed.There was some damage to an antique piece, it was photographed and noted and we needed an estimate for repair. Then the virus hit and no one could come to do that. I asked for an extension on the time limit and have not had a response so am worried that my request was not recognized.

Apr 25,2020I was extremely pleased with Ship Smart, from beginning to end of the process. It was so efficient, communication every step of the way was excellent, and the delivery was perfect. I compared a few shippers for my small shipment and this was the best option. I made a good choice in Ship Smart. I had only a few items, a sofa, four dining room chairs and two easy chairs I had inherited from a relative that I wanted moved from D.C. to NYC. Ship Smart took good care of them. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Apr 19,2020Reasonable pricing for a small shipment (much better than the major moving companies). Shipment arrived well-packaged with no damage; took a bit longer than promised, but only a couple of days. My only complaint - sometimes it was difficult to get through on the phone to coordinate things.

Mar 21,2020Ship Smart was an excellent choice for me for shipping a bike, a mattress, some chairs, and a bunch of boxed household items across country. It took a week, which was excellent...and all the items on the pallet had been padded/packed so thoroughly and with such care, there wasn’t even a scratch on anything. This was the best move I’ve had. I will definitely use them again for smallish shipments.

May 13,2020The items were well packed. The movers on the front end were very nice to my mother. The crate was very sturdy and had a lot of packing materials. Not a scratch on anything. Communication was good and the delivery was ahead of estimate. The cost was as estimated. Really smooth!
