Sep 02,2024I am just about to start my accutane journey with Dr Sree and I am really pleased with how my experience has started with skindoc. Everyone is really lovely, and I feel really seen and heard by my doctor. A major bonus that communication was so clear and everything was swiftly done! Will feed back on how the rest of my journey goes but so far a really positive start! Highly recommend!

Skindoc gave me the professional advice I needed within a few hours. Skin complaints are perfectly suited to video consultations and I am very grateful to Skindoc's founders for creating this great service.

Coming to Skindoc in January was a real leap of faith; I was incredibly nervous about the treatment journey and requisite side-effects, but I feel very lucky to say that it’s been relatively plain-sailing. I feel like I can finally breathe properly again. Everybody at Skindoc has been incredible; the admin team have made my journey so accessible and so easy to navigate, and the doctors on the team are the best out there. Dr Mounsey has been nothing short of incredible throughout my entire journey. He is incredibly knowledgable, kind and genuinely cares. I am incredibly grateful for his support and guidance. Aug 11,2024I have just been on Isotretinoin for the last 6 months, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience the appointments were easy to book and pay for as well as the prescription. I did my journey with Dr Hannah Wainman she was lovely and made me feel completely comfortable showing my skin!! If you are looking for a quick way to get on to Isotretinoin I would 100% recommend just bare in mind it can get expensive.

Booking an appointment was incredibly easy, and from the very first consultation, I felt confident in their care. My skin now looks amazing, and I no longer struggle with acne. I have gone through various private doctors before and this by far has been the best experience! My dermatologist is incredible and put me at ease immediately. And am now starting my journey that I have been battling for years. I would recommend this service to absolutely everyone who have been struggling with their skin. Xx

Questions posed online are answered the same day and with full support; prescriptions are issued immediately and the live consultations are informative and comprehensive. Jul 26,2024This service was incredibly helpful. It's so difficult to get an appointment with a local GP, so I decided to try a different approach. I uploaded some photos of my skin condition and got an expert reply the same day. It was incredibly easy from start to finish and saved me a lot of time. I was recommended a prescription, which I ordered through the recommend partner company and it was affordable and arrived the next day.

Sep 08,2024i cannot tell you how fantastic this service is. we have been trying to see a dermatologist for some time now (no chance on the nhs) and a 3-4 month wait with going private. once i went onto the website the appt was the next day. our consultant (whom i cannot praise enough) dr sambi was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. i was completely at ease throughout the entire appt and he really understood the issues and also (more importantly) how to sort. we had the email that evening and prescription the next day. the process was really simple to book an appt. i honestly cannot thank you enough
