Jun 12,2024This is the second time I have used Skindoc. They are reasonably priced, quick and easy to use. You get your responses within a day normally, a lot quicker and less stressful then booking an appointment with your local GP. Plus they are specialist in their field. Prescriptions are easy and convenient. Highly recommended for anyone with a minor skin complaint.

Jun 08,2024Going on accutane can be an intimidating process, but being under the care of Dr Sree meant that I had the best experience possible. He was SO friendly and attentive, and answered all my questions and concerns with compassion and professionalism. You can really tell he has a passion for dermatology, and I am thankful for that as I am so pleased with my skin now! It’s completely clear after 7months of treatment. The convenience of Skindoc makes it so easy to recommend, especially to those who would find it difficult to fit in seeing a dermatologist in person. It was also a very cost effective service compared to other dermatology companies, which was great. Thank you so much Dr Sree for transforming my skin and my confidence, and thank you to Penny and Natasha, who are excellent on the admin side of things. I highly recommend!

Jun 06,2024A revolutionary service that is client-centric throughout. Background: 24y/o, female, adult acne begun at 23y/o. Motivation: After meeting with several dermatologists who provided skincare plans and not seeing improvement in my skin, I looked into Isotretonin. The NHS waitlist was about 6 months long and would require monthly trips to the GP, with no guarantee I would be offered the drug (my acne is not severe). Accordingly I looked in for a remote private provider and found Skindoc. Reasons to use Skindoc: 1. The onboarding process was quick, clear and a customer service team were readily available at all times - for example, a query would be answered in a matter of hours by e-mail. 2. The ability to be treated remotely cut down on time and cost in travelling to appointments. 3. Appointments are available at convenient times (e.g. before or after working hours) so that by commencing treatment you are not adding to an already busy scheule. 4. My dermatologist (who stays with you throughout),Dr Sreedhar Krishna, made me feel heard. He was responsive to my concerns/goals whilst being highly informative about the process. He was happy to answer any questions I had and never rushed a session to see another patient. 5. A highly responsive client service team who kept me informed of appointments and prescriptions. At one point, I had a reaction to a product I used on my skin that severely irritated it. I contacted the team and within 12 hours had a prescription to medicine to clear the irritation. 6. Information on aftercare was provided to me (at no extra cost), demonstrating the client oriented approach of Skindoc. At the start of this process, I was hesitant about the cost (approx. 1,600 for me). However, being able to treat a condition that had a real effect on confidence and self-image, especially in such an effective manner, is invaluable. Lastly, thank you to Dr Sree, Penny and Natasha who have made a huge difference to how I see my skin! FB

Jun 05,2024I’ve had an amazing experience with Skindoc for my acne treatment. Dr Naila Dinani was incredibly helpful and followed my progress very carefully throughout my accutane journey. The entire team at Skindoc was amazing, responding to all of my queries very quickly. The fact that all consultations were online made the process very convenient. Also, the total cost was cheaper compared to other places I had considered. I highly recommend Skindoc for anyone seeking dermatological care.

Jun 04,2024I wish I had found Skindoc sooner, I was told I would have to wait over a year to see a NHS dermatologist for my acne. I felt that my local GP was not listening to me and I was constantly being prescribed different antibiotics. I started researching private dermatologists and came across skindoc. I cannot recommend them enough! Dr Sree is so lovely and really listens to your concerns. He even offered me cheaper alternatives which I really appreciated. I can honestly say that he is the most caring dermatologist that I have experienced and makes you feel so comfortable. The process was super speedy and easy. The admin team are wonderful and very quick at replying to queries - thank you Natasha and penny. I honestly cannot fault this service and would recommend them to anyone. I am now on accutane and I am starting to get my confidence back. Thank you skindoc! If you are considering seeing a private dermatologist and want professional, personalised, reliable and efficient care then skindoc are the team for you.

May 27,2024So glad I found Skindoc after struggling with my skin for years and years dealing with cystic acne and being put on meds that didn’t work for me. They have been super quick and so helpful throughout the whole process of beginning my Isotretinion treatment. My dermatologist is also super friendly and gives good genuine advice. Would 100% reccomend as has been so worth the investment.

May 15,2024I cannot thank Dr Sree and his team enough! I was at my wits end and felt totally isolated from life due to my acne. Having never experienced acne in my life to being hit with it full force in my mid 30’s was such a confidence killer. I was such a confident and outgoing person with a career in the beauty industry for over 22 years leading to me always having a rigid skincare routine and investing a lot of my time into keeping my skin clear and healthy. I was really proud of my efforts and felt so confident within my skin. In the blink of an eye it was all over, I awoke with acne which progressively got worse and immediately ruined all of the efforts I had made to maintain a clear and healthy complexion. I was at the point where I couldn’t stop obsessing over the acne and continually looking in the mirror and analysing every inch of my skin and how red, inflamed and raw it had became due to the acne and several different oral and topical medications my GP prescribed. To be extremely blunt I felt so low at times I contemplated unimaginable ways to relieve my anguish. Eventually I met with a dermatologist at my local private clinic whom I had an awful experience with. Having been severely let down by this dermatologist I just gave up hope and felt completely crushed. In a last ditch attempt I did make another appointment with another dermatologist at the same clinic, however, the wait was months which I was willing to wait for, however one day I came home from work as I was just so distraught at my skin and the wait seemed like an eternity and I couldn’t wait any longer. My partner prompted me to look for alternate options and that’s when I found skindoc. I immediately researched the clinic, read every review I could find and then decided to call based on the reviews. Upon calling I was greeted by Shane, he was so helpful and understanding and made me feel completely at ease which would’ve been a hard task as I was so frantically distraught. He explained the full process, offered so many options and appointment dates and times to suit. My appointment was booked for the next morning, I couldn’t believe it was so quick and easy, especially given how inexpensive the fee was approximately the 3rd of the cost I had paid prior at an alternate clinic. My appointment with Dr Sree was unbelievable, he was so kind, caring and took the time to listen and understand where I was in my life due to the acne. and where I wanted to be. Dr Sree was extremely thorough during his consultation and spent a lot of time assessing my health both physically and mentally to ensure he was recommending the correct course for me. We agreed on a plan which I was extremely happy with having had full transparency from Dr Sree with a realistic understanding of the results and potential side effects etc. The follow-ups from Dr Sree and his team have filled we with great confidence that this is a journey they are guiding me through and are with me every step of the way and that I’m not on my own. I had my first months follow up with Dr Sree yesterday and he went out his way to accommodate my working hours and gave me an appointment at 20:30 which is just remarkable service. Again he had so much time for me, I did not feel rushed at all and I felt as if I was speaking to a friend I had known for years as apposed to someone I had only met with once prior. I am so pleased with the progress of my skin, it’s like night and day. I cannot believe I have suffered for almost 3 years with potential further damage to my skin due to the medications and acne scarring when I could have been finished my journey by now if I had found skindoc. sooner. I feel that not only have I have regained my confidence but also my identity and control of my life and for that I cannot thank Dr Sree and his team enough. May 06,2024Wish I had done this years ago, after suffering with skin problems and getting no where with my GP. Dr Sree offered great advice, was friendly and put me at ease from the start and quickly put me on a treatment course that was right for me. Everything about the service so far has been seamless from appointments, prescriptions, follow up advice/emails and blood tests. The administrators managing emails always quickly get back to me if I need anything too. I like that you pay as you go through the treatment for each appointment/prescription that you need, this has made it more affordable for me. I still have serval months of treatment to go so am yet to see the finished result with my skin but still wouldn’t hesitate to recommend skin doc to anyone.

May 03,2024Excellent all round service & cost. We loved the online consultation and being able to do it from home saving time. The cost is much lower than I have been quoted elsewhere and they are not money grabbing at all, giving you options to save money through the process. The link up with Phlo is also an added bonus, with medication being delivered straight to your door. Would highly recommend Skindoc.

Apr 30,2024Skindoc’s photo upload service was absolutely fantastic! The questionnaire was easy to fill out - I did this late one evening and had been contacted by the next morning. I was asked a few follow up questions and very quickly received a diagnosis. Dr Bryan Murphy is excellent! I ordered my prescription and have already seen a vast improvement in my skin condition within a week! Excellent value and I highly recommend!

Jun 21,2024If you haven't begun any treatment or blood tests and have changed your decision about taking Accutane after the call with one of their team members, you will not be able to get a refund, no matter the reason. They just replied to this review saying “ To clarify, once you committed to our service, accepted the treatment plan prepared by our dermatologist and signed the consent form, the fee became non-refundable. This policy was clearly communicated during your consultation.” I will tell you now, not once did they ever talk about fees, refunds nor the consent form. Immoral lying two faced people who hide behind a bunch of policies. There is no difference between people who rob in the daytime and this company, who do it in a legal way. Stay well clear.
