May 04,2022Everyone at skindoc is so lovely and helpful! Dr Sreedhar Krishna and Natasha were always willing to answer any questions I had and were super quick to respond. Pregnancy tests were provided free of charge and they helped me arrange blood tests via my GP. So happy with skindoc and would recommend to anyone!

Apr 16,2022I highly recommend skindoc for a professional, compassionate and prompt service. Waiting times on the NHS can be very long at the moment, and skindoc can help with dermatology issues fast and effectively, with highly qualified doctors. I will be using skindoc again.

Apr 10,2022Following being told that I'd have to wait 6-12 months to see an NHS dermatologist to get prescribed Accutane I started looking for private alternatives. Skindoc was the one I decided to choose. On the website I opted for the Roaccutane consultation and had Dr Sreedhar Krishna, who was lovely and very helpful. Skindoc helped organise a home delivery blood test kit for me following my consultation and as soon as the results were back my prescription was set up with a prescription delivery service. From beginning to end it took about a week to get my first batch of Isotretinoin. Great service, highly recommend.

Apr 06,2022Brilliant, 100% recommend. I've had roaccutane twice before on the NHS so was sooo pleasantly surprised by the super easy efficient process at skindoc. Dr Sree is great, really competent but also really friendly and easy to chat to. He is also mindful of costs for the patient and tries as much as poss to keep them down. Natasha replies to any queries at lightning speed. Having done quite a bit of research I'm pretty certain that this is the cheapest (and definitely the most convenient) way to get roaccutane. Saves you a huge amount of time and drama. Thank you!!!

Had previously seen a local dermatologist that charged a lot of money even just to look at the blood test results. 5 years later and it seemed I needed a second round of isotretonin and i'm so glad I found skindoc. From Natasha who answered any questions I had, to having a video call with the lovely Dr Krishna I couldn't fault the caring and understanding nature of this company. I would recommened without any doubt.

Mar 17,2022My acne recently returned after getting rid of it a few years ago, after exploring many avenues with no success I joined the waiting list to be seen by a dermatologist on the NHS. After a year or so of waiting and my acne getting worse I had had enough. After some research I came across Skindoc, I contemplated it for a few days and did my research only to find great reviews. After booking an appointment I was seen the same day and began my treatment the same week with the prescription posted to my door. Since then my acne had cleared completely and I am nearing the end of my treatment. Throughout this time Dr Krishna and his team have been fantastic. They answered any questions or queries I had with responses within the hour and made the whole experience very easy and smooth. I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you!

Mar 16,2022I'm so grateful that Skindoc exists...living in a remote area, and having two small children, makes travelling to see a dermatologist tricky. It was also impossible to get an NHS referral with current wait times being years in my area. Dr Sree is brilliant - very compassionate and always willing to help.

Feb 17,2022Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for fast treatment for skin issues. NHS waiting lists are so long and if you don’t want to wait this is a great option. The doctors are friendly and professional, online appointments are easy, convenient and definitely worth the money.

Feb 15,2022My experience of using private practices in the past has been poor so I was quite nervous to use this service, especially as I was able to get an appointment so quickly - it almost seemed a bit too good to be true. Saying that I have had a tremendous experience with Dr Sree who has gone above and beyond to provide a helpful and positive experience for me. I couldn't recommend this enough!

Jan 26,2022I was told by the nhs I have a wait time of 6 months for a dermatologist and have suffered from severe acne in the past. My acne went and has now come back and really brought me down and to hear the wait time of 6 months I was distraught! I searched up for dermatology on google and a lot of places that offered treatment I wanted had sky high prices or couldn’t fit me in immediately. However skindoc fitted me in the very same evening. My Dr i had was Dr Sree. He was very kind and really understood everything I wanted and took the time to listen to me. My initial appointment was on the 20th January and now it’s 26th January and I have started my treatment already! All blood tests and other tests were done very quick and the communication is great!! Everyone has to try SkinDoc if thier after a dermatologist. I’m in awe with how speedy everything was. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Jan 26,2022Skindoc was amazing, I wish I had known about this service when I was younger, going through some really horrible periods with my skin and being bounced around dermatologists who prescribed me various ointments and creams that had little to no impact. It took me years to be prescribed Roaccutane in my teens and during that period my acne was just continually getting worse. I was unsure when booking my consultation with skindoc as I had no idea what to expect but as soon as I started talking with Dr Sree I realised it was as professional as could possibly be, he assessed me, walked through the different options and gave me a clear plan, all through zoom. I cannot recommend skindoc enough for anyone suffering with their skin, being bounced around NHS dermatologists and getting sick of being stuck on long waiting lists as their acne (and self-esteem from their acne) just gets worse and worse.

Jan 16,2022Exceedingly good. I was, frankly, sceptical, after spending YEARS (nearly 2 decades) jumping through hoops with the NHS. Within 2 hours I had a phone consult, the doctor agreed on my diagnosis, and accurate treatment, with no hoop jumping or condescending consultant attitude I'm SO used to with NHS practitioners. An absolute breath of fresh air. They made everything incredibly simple, step by step, straight forward and easy. Honestly I wish there was a service this good for any health concerns at all, I'd never use the NHS again if all services were this good. Doctor is delightful and the admin team are spectacularly good at what they do As a business owner I'm rather fast to pull things apart if they arent top notch but I have NOTHING bad to say about this service, it's impeccable.

When I initially enquired, Natasha got back to me very quickly with a clear and comprehensive price breakdown for the Isotretinoin treatment. After deciding to go ahead, it was easy to find an appointment that suited me within a couple of days and Dr Sree himself was fantastic. I’m over the moon to have commenced my treatment and to know my skin will finally start to improve so that I can get my confidence back. So far the process has been very simple and efficient and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SkinDoc.

Having spoken to a number of people/companies looking for help, it was refreshing to speak to someone who genuinely cared about my well-being. Dr.Krishna has helped me immensely and done it with compassion, professionalism and honesty. Natasha has been amazing responding quickly to any queries and following up after appointments. An amazing team that puts helping people and providing care at the top of their agenda. I cannot thank them enough and would gladly recommend them.

Jun 08,2022I was recommended Skindoc and I'll be recommending the service myself anytime the opportunity comes up. Simply because: Sree and the team are rapid - my consultation was dealt with pretty much instantly. Communication is instant and thorough and extremely helpful. My recommendation was sent directly to my GP and a copy sent to me as well. When you have a responsive, effective service like this it's impressive. The integrity here is brilliant. The team do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. Faultless. Also the offer of a Nutella sandwich was very kind but on this occasion I had to decline. Thank you Sree and team.
