Apr 24,2024I was a little hesitant about using an online dermatology consultation, but the process was easy and efficient. The diagnosis and recommendations were there by the next day. The link up with the online pharmacy was smooth. Treatment not completed yet so cnnot comment on end result.

Apr 22,2024Loved using this service. Super easy and convenient. My doctor, Dr Naila was very pleasant and knowledgable. The admin team are extremely kind and helpful. It can work out a bit expensive but most private services in the UK are, so not surprised. No nasty surprises and hidden costs though which is a plus.

Apr 14,2024Best dermatology clinic experience I’ve ever had! Super flexible and more affordable than in-person options. Amazing customer service (thank you, Natasha and Penny)! Dr Sreedhar has been very supportive, attentive and understanding throughout the entire treatment. He made me feel at ease at every appointment and never minimized the struggles of having skin problems as an adult. Unlike other in-person clinics I’ve been to before, I never felt like skindoc has pushed any unnecessary money-grabbing treatments on me. Feeling lucky to have found them!

Apr 13,2024I was super upset about a rash around my eyes that I’ve been trying to get rid of for over two months. Searched all over the internet for an over the counter cream to get rid but nothing worked. I then knew I needed to get something from the doctors but there was no appointments in time for my birthday (wanted it cleared). I found Skindoc! Sent them my pictures and I had my cream sent out the next day! Money worth spent snd will use their service again as well as recommending them to everyone.

Apr 13,2024I've had one appointment with skindoc after a bad experience with a local derm. I spoke to Dr Sreedhar Krishna. Sree was personable, professional, and totally knowledgeable. I'll update this review if further appointments aren't so good -- but based on the other reviews here, it sounds like I won't need to!

Apr 12,2024Superb service, so far so good. I had an initial consultation with Dr Sreedhar Krishna who was excellent - he listened to all my concerns, history + goals and was friendly and informative. Following the consultation the company allows you to get blood tests done via your GP and are very helpful in facilitating which helps keeps cost down. Once blood tests were back I received my prescription of accutane with 2 days. Really impressed so far and wish I had done this months ago.

Apr 12,2024I began my Accutane journey with Dr Sree in August 2023. My acne was at an all time low, which had a massive impact on my self-confidence - I would never leave the house without makeup. My transformation in the last 7/8 months has been unbelievable and for the first time in years I've started receiving compliments about how clear my skin is! The journey wasn't always easy, but Dr Sree always made me feel so reassured and addressed any concerns that I had - I couldn't recommend him enough. Furthermore, as a busy medical student, the ability to have online consultations from any location and outside of regular working hours was invaluable. I also appreciated that my blood tests were arranged for free via my GP, and I didn't have to pay for my monthly pregnancy tests - this was covered by skindoc. The customer service is also impeccable, my emails were always responded to very quickly (usually on the same day) and the whole online system is very intuitive and well thought out. I'd like to thank Dr Sree and the whole skindoc team for everything they've done - I've never felt more confident in my skin before!

Apr 11,2024It gave me confidence being able to speak to someone before actually booking a consultation. The service was very efficient and I was happy with the advice and prescription - particularly as it is almost impossible to get a GP appointment. My follow up queries were answered quickly.

Apr 10,2024My entire experience since the start of using Skindoc has been fantastic. The team are fast and efficient, and Dr Krishna has been amazing with managing my skin. He is very thorough, but also incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable as a patient. My skin is really turning around and I am so grateful to Skindoc for this. I couldn’t recommend their services more.

Apr 10,2024I’m so thankful for SkinDoc and I’m glad I decided to contact them when I was struggling with my skin after years of being prescribed various topical products and antibiotics from my GP, none of which ever had lasting effects. My online appointments with Dr Sree have been great - he’s very knowledgeable, gives good advice regarding any issues or questions I’ve had and is always cheery :) Don’t wait on NHS waiting lists for months when you’re struggling with your skin, it’s 100% worth going private with SkinDoc.

Apr 29,2024After 30 years of suffering acne, I have clear skin. The consultations are warm, friendly and supportive. The cost of the prescription is less than I paid on the numerous face washes, and spot treatments I had to use. I’m able to book everything on line and I can pay for and have my prescriptions delivered on the next day. The impact on my confidence and wellbeing is hard to describe. Incredible service and experience.
