Any questions/information you need to ask you receive a response within an hour more or less! Everyone is really nice and understanding to speak to aswell. Would 100% recommend!

I used their roaccutane service and couldn't be happier with the results having just finished a 7 month course. Always happy to answer any questions I had and really great for the cost too.

Jul 10,2024I am currently using Skindoc for isotretinoin treatment, they hsve been faultless and the process has been really straight forward. My dermatologist is brilliant as are the admin team who are always on hand for support and get back to you very quickly. I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of taking the plunge for isotretinoin treatment, I just wish I'd done it years ago!

Jul 08,2024Skindoc has changed my life for the better. This was my second time experiencing severe acne and being told by the NHS that the wait for an appointment was one year. If you have acne you know that this is the worst news to hear, I couldn’t wait that long but also needed to find an affordable alternative that wouldn’t cost me thousands. I found Skindoc online and saw that their prices were extremely competitive for an online service compared to in-person private appointments. The appointments were handled with care and I felt very looked after here. It was the best service I could have hoped for and in just six months I’m walking away with clear skin and a smile on my face. Thank you so much to Dr Sreedhar Krishna and his team at Skindoc for making this process smooth and supporting me through accutane every step.

Jul 06,2024Would strongly recommend Skindoc as they are organised, friendly and excellent at communicating with their patients. I am on my 5th month of Roaccutane and everything has gone smoothly. Dr Sree has been excellent and the appointments are reasonably priced compared to other clinics for Roaccutane. Honestly couldn’t fault them.

Jun 29,2024I booked an appointment last Saturday as my skin decided to go mental for no apparent reason. Having left it alone for a couple of weeks and seeing it was getting worse and not better, I realised this probably isn’t just some kind of hormonal outbreak and something else. I needed confirmation of my thoughts and to have a treatment plan from someone who actually knows what they are doing (Dr Google can only take you so far in my opinion). I had my appointment with Dr Sreedhar Krishna. He is lovely, has great video call side manner and I loved the fact that he ensured I had asked everything I wanted to ask. For me, this means as the patient, I get to have a deeper understanding going forward with my treatment plan to get the best results, essentially meaning, follow the protocol to a T and don’t deviate because it will be a slower process. I saw a notable difference even in the first few days of the advised home care regime before the medication arrived. I am now one week out from my appointment and the difference is huge. I actually feel like I can smile a little again. A letter detailing my treatment plan was sent almost immediately and this was also forwarded to my GP. A shout out to the admin staff too, very prompt and polite correspondence. An all round good experience.

Jun 27,2024I had an excellent experience with SkinDoc after trying numerous options to treat my acne. Booking with SkinDoc helped me avoid 18+ month waitlists in my area and prevent further scarring. Dr Sree is a great dermatologist and has excellent holistic advice. A few months after starting on Isotretinoin with SkinDoc I’ve had my clearest skin in a decade and am finishing off with a robust treatment plan to prevent recurrence and manage my old acne scars. There were minor side effects like dry skin but Dr Sree helped me manage it while keeping a keen eye out for the more serious known side effects. The night time virtual appointments worked perfectly around my schedule, and SkinDoc communicated with my NHS GP to support my treatment. I felt very well supported by Dr Sree and his team throughout my treatment and highly recommend them.

After struggling with adult acne for years, and trying everything over the counter, I finally made an appointment via skindoc and 5 months later I have completely clear skin and a renewed sense of confidence. I am very happy with the service I received during my treatment - the ability to have appointments online made everything so easy and the platform was very simple to use. The communication was excellent throughout and the consultant always listened to and answered every concern I had. I truly could not fault this service.

Jun 22,2024Absolutely love skin doc, they’re so easy to use and wouldn’t have started my Accutane journey without them. I was originally on the nhs waiting list which of course take ages and then looked at other private dermatologist when I found skin doc. At first I was a bit skeptical about online dermatology BUT Dr Sree has always been so thorough, helpful and detailed. Explained everything about Accutane on our first consultation and have always been able to express any concerns and ask lots of questions in our follow ups. Their admin team is also great and reply to emails really quickly so I never have to wait too long to get a prescription or question answered. Thank you guys!

Jul 25,2024Such an easy experience. The booking procedure is so simple, the admin side of it is excellent. The admins are always on hand to respond to emails and you are never waiting longer than a few hours for a response. Any questions throughout treatment are answered. I really had a great experience with skindoc. I had bad acne and I’m so happy with the results from isotrerinoin. I’m finally acne free after years of struggle. I wouldn’t have been able to treat this without skindoc as I don’t have the appointment flexibility that I would need for the NHS. My doctor (dr mounsey) was fantastic throughout, he always explained processes and educated me about my skin throughout. I enjoyed being able to speak to the same dr throughout my treatment as it felt more personable and they get to understand your skin as they treat it. Would recommend this to anybody struggling with their skin! You get what you pay for, and it was worth every penny
