Nov 10,2021I am very happy with my experience with SkinDoc, It would have taken me up to 60 weeks to see a dermatologist in the NHS for Isotretinoin treatment for my persistent acne. - It took around two weeks from first contact with Skindoc to have my prescription in hand. After comparing different online-dermatology prices, I found Skindoc to be the most affordable, and I like the fact it's pay as you go (not one big payment upfront). I like the fact it's online dermatology, meaning it's more convenient as there's no travelling to clinics for checkups as it's all done through video calls. My doctor, Dr Krishna is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and goes through various treatment options to find the best one you are comfortable with. He knows a lot about acne treatment and the skin and I am confident that he is treating me.

Nov 03,2021Genuinely impressed with the platform, the good communication and advice I got from Dr Sreedhar Krishna. I’ve struggled with acne for 10+ years and been extremely disappointed with how acne is treated on the NHS, I never felt that it was taken seriously by my GP and getting an appointment with a dermatologist was difficult. Before Skindoc. I went private with another large private healthcare provider but the appointment availability was really poor, especially for the price I had to pay. Skin doc was very efficient and I’ve yet to have any issues at all. For me the ability to see the doctor so quickly was invaluable as I hate to increase the risk of acne scarring. I also didn’t have to travel to a private hospital which is time consuming when working.

Oct 12,2021From day one I have had a wonderful experience with Skindoc. Every single member of staff I have had contact with has been incredibly helpful, and absolutely lovely. Dr Krishna has been the expert I’ve had most contact with, and he has been absolutely brilliant. His advice has been invaluable and I can tell he truly cares for his patients. I had read about Roaccutane before, but the stories surrounding the side effect put me off, however after taking it through with Dr Krishna, I felt completely and utterly comforted about giving it a go. I can’t thank Dr Krishna enough for his reassurance around starting the medication, as it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr Krishna always ensures you do what is best for you as an individual and will always support any route you wish to take, but always provides sound advice whichever way you want to go. I would not hesitate to recommend Skindoc to anyone, and highly encourage anyone who is interested to have a consultation and experience their level of care for themselves.

Oct 08,2021Excellent service provided by Skindoc so far. Have been so impressed by the efficient and understanding attitude. Had a really great consultation with my consultant Dr Krishna, had a real understanding of how skin can impact a person's confidence. Extremely knowledgeable and I have every confidence in him. Support staff likewise excellent. Thank you for a brilliant experience so far.

Oct 07,2021Skin doc has provided an excellent service - the consultant was very professional and put my self conscious teenage son at ease immediately, making the challenging situation so much easier. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the options clearly and with my son’s best interests in mind. The admin support has been outstanding - extremely responsive even out of hours and at weekends. I highly recommend them.
