Our stay in Chalet Jacques, Courchevel 1550, was outstanding. A recently built chalet, 2 minutes' walk from the piste and with skiing back to the front door (just). Well equipped, with comfortable beds and attractively fitted-out in a traditional style, the chalet has a good hot tub and sauna. Our hosts, Andy and Connor, looked after us extremely well, kept the chalet spotless and laid on a string of delicious and beautifully presented meals. Lizzie, our resort rep, and Charley, the resort manager, provided great service as well. The only improvement I could suggest would be for the WiFi to be extended to the ground and second floor bedrooms. Overall a memorable stay which I would be delighted to repeat in the future. Five Star.

Beautiful quaint chalet in the hamlet of Zug. Holiday was made by the wonderful hosting of Henry and Frankie. The fantastic snow helped too!! Some minor questions and misinformation in the booking process - but all in all an excellent holiday. Thank you.

Nikki booked us a last minute ski holiday a year ago, we were so impressed with the 1st class service from Skiline we decided to use Skiline again this year. Yet again Nikki was superb in finding us a beautiful Chalet. 1st class service & efficiency from Skiline & a fantastic Chalet in Courcheval. Thank you Nikki!

Great chalet with good hosts. Short bus ride to slopes, all manageable. Made the skiing in Vail all the more enjoyable.

Really excellent chalet hostess and daily visits from the rep. Welcoming. Good food. Clean chalet. Two truly awful transfers from grenoble to the resort though, needs better planning to avoid unnecessary travel stress in an otherwise excellent holiday

Not sure I agree with Trust Pilot saying great for four star - should say good. Would have put 3 for average, but there was not any friction - We have just returned from Chalet Madeline in Val D'Isere. The is listed as a signature chalet. The accommodation is nice but could be better. The heating is centrally controlled and can only be adjusted by a heating engineer. The TV was not working the whole week, the Jacuzzi had no bubbles - Ski World were aware of these faults and they did not fix them in time for our visit. The windows and door were sticking. The bedroom lamp shade was cracked and broken. Lack of drinking glasses, no shampoo provided even though it said toiletries. Lack of some utensils that if it were five star would have been provided. Bedrooms do not have enough bright light and they had no internet connection. The main internet connection in the lounge had blocked all streaming of videos. Their environmental policies in the chalet seemed to be sadly lacking.Food and service was good. The outward bound journey was dreadful. We had to sit at the airport waiting for one of the connecting flights, for three hours. We then hit all the traffic. They have too many flights trying to catch the same bus. We set off at 5 am in the morning and didn't arrive at the resort until 6.30 pm. The later arrivals managed 10.30 pm and this seemed to be a regular occurrence There seemed to be lack of information at the airport and they took ages to sort out paperwork for lost luggage. On the journey back the coach driver was trying to stay with the driver in front and was talking on his mobile even though all mobiles, regardless of hands free, are illegal in France whilst driving. He didn't know where he was going and didn't speak English and we had no rep on the bus. Not great in an emergency.

Fantastic! We had a wonderful ski holiday and would recommend Ski World to anyone wanting a worry-free ski holiday. Our chalet hosts were amazing and really looked after us. As well as being excellent cooks and tempting us with delicious meals and cakes, they made us feel very welcome and at home. Thank you Ski World, and hosts Richard and Lisa, for making our ski holiday so special.

Excellent week at Chalet Estella in Courcheval 1650. Chalet was great and food fantastic. The service provided by our chalet host Cain and the team was superb. We ski every year and without doubt this is probably the best chalet we have stayed in for some time. We will definitely return

Booked chalet Stoanerhof as a last minute hop toSki in Mayrhofen. Great location being only a few minutes from one of the lift stations and resort buses; which can be used to get to a local train to ski at Zell and Karltonbach, all on the same skipass!. Only ten minute walk to main lift station too. The rooms were really good, staff very efficient and friendly and the food excellent. well organised and very enjoyable.

Efficient and easy to deal with and to book the holiday - the flight, transfer, chalet, chef and host were all perfect! Great holiday and fantastic value for money

Over the 6 years of using Skiworld our party has had great chalet accommodation & food, staff have always been very friendly and could not do enough, very pleased. The ski lodge in val d’isere this March has been exceptional.
