Feb 20,2018Overall good service, food was good. Chalet hosts could have been more involved with guests asking questions e.g. How was your day? And taking more of an interest in guests. Also on the final morning we had to ask for breakfast, it was almost like we were forgotten as we were leaving. Not great. Maria the resort manager was really helpful.

Feb 15,2018Had a fantastic week in Chalet Campanula - La Plagne Soleil. The chalet hosts George and Aiden were great, cooking delicous food and full of advice on skiing, activities, places to eat on the slopes and apres! Maria the resort host was also very good popping in twice a day to check everything was ok and planning our extra activities, taking the time to make sure we new all the details etc. Definitely worth paying a little extra for a superior chalet with appertifs, canapes and after dinner cheese a great touch. It was also great to have access to the hot tub! This was all helped by amazing conditions. Yes you do have to travel up and down steps as this is at the top of the mountain flower block of chalets, but if you fancy some fun you can ski straight back to boot room (or slide!). Will definitely book again with Skiworld!

Feb 14,2018Everything worked well from booking to transfer back to the UK. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff made the holiday totally stress free. I have been on several ski holidays with Skiworld and will be back again.

Feb 14,2018It was really easy to book with Skiworld, the only minor issue was for the choices of ski carriage it had all the options listed. It would be better that it would only show the option for the airline you have booked with. The chalet itself was lovely, we picked a signature chalet so the level of service and food was higher than a normal chalet - it certainly did not disappoint. The hosts (Adam and Jasper) were great, not only at cooking but their knowledge of the area was superb. The only issue we had was with the transfer, we had a mini bus with a trailer to carry the luggage. The driver missed our stop and took us into Alpe D'Huez, rather than Huez. He dropped the other people off but on the return, after waiting 25mins to sort out the confusion, the driver forgot to lock the trailer door. Our luggage fell out the back, if we didn't have to turn around we would not have noticed until it was too late. I suggest not using these people - or have a skiworld rep on the bus to guide the driver. I will be using Skiworld again.

Feb 13,2018Mainly really good. Breakfast was sometimes a little slow. Unfortunately both cooker and fridge failed in our chalet, but the staff coped admirably.

Feb 13,2018Skiworld were great - would advise against grenoble as it is a pile of garbage and not setup for the quantity of fliers on ski holidays.

Ski world had everything well organised, happily greeted us at the airport, showed us which transfer bus to get on and continued the enthusiasm throughout the holiday. Our chalet host was a great cook and could t do enough for us. I would definitely recommend and look into ski world holidays in the future! :)

Feb 13,2018The catered Dominique Chalet in Tignes was excellent with super food produced by the very cheerful & helpful Emma & Abby for whom nothing was too much trouble. transfers and flights had their trials due to the weather and avalanches but we were kept well informed and even though we arrived at the chalet at almost midnight Emma & Abbe cheerfully produced a 4 course hot dinner. Indeed the last arrivals got to the chalet at 2am and had the same treatment and then the girls were smilingly there for breakfast at 8am. I would highly recommend SKIWORLD, this chalet and particularly Emma & Abby our chalet maids. Paul Fortescue

Feb 13,2018Really would have loved a place to sit in the evenings i.e sofa. My family all agreed that a nice fire or board games would have fab addition. The staff were all lovely and tried really hard. Food in the evening was delicious but breakfast was bit overdone and basic. Wine was always nice and plenty of it!! Overall we were happy with our stay but a few little touches would have elevated this chalet to 4-5 stars

Feb 13,2018Skiworld staff are friendly and helpful, but they are young. If you have a request like finding a babysitter then you are referred to google! Food is good portions and tasty. Pre-sales service for lift passes and lessons for children is not good for Alpe D’Huez. But high tea is good.
