May 14,2018I can honestly say that it was the best skiing holiday I’ve had which was made so good by the lovely chalet staff..it did get cut short by my inability to ski and a knee that was the size of a watermelon...would go there again without hesitation Chris the tap

May 14,2018We booked late and just 1 week from end of season and were delighted with the Chalet Stoanerhof in Mayrhofen. The staff, rooms and food were great, location excellent, we had to head up high for the snow, but that's to be expected at Easter and once we were up there it was fantastic.

May 10,2018Having booked over 30 holidays with Skiworld I had the worst holiday experience ever this year. Arrived at Gatwick to find out that the airline would not accept our snowboards even though I had paid through skiworld, and was skiworlds fault, no skiworld rep there to help. We were forced to hire equipment while we were in France. On returning customer service was very poor, slow response and only gave me part refund for the mistake with the board carriage. Very very poor, not happy!!

Apr 23,2018The staff at Skiworld were fantastic. We were a party of 24 and nothing was too much trouble. The meals were great and arrived piping hot.There was always an alternative for dinner especially for fussy kids. The afternoon cakes were amazing. Our chalet was beautiful and well kept, and having a jacuzzi bath was an added bonus

Apr 19,2018Skiworld were a fantastic company to deal with... well organised and helpful. The chalet staff couldn’t have been better! Only issue was the 6 hour transfer time...rather than the 2 1/2 to 3 it should have been. 2 hours of it were spent sitting on the coach waiting for another flight to come in to fill up our coach .. and then slow traffic into the mountains ... Aside from that... a fabulous holiday 👍🏻

Apr 19,2018I have used skiworld for the last three years. The whole booking process is very easy with lots of information online, and helpful staff on the end of the phone to answer questions. The staff in the resort were generally very helpful and quick to sort out any questions or problems. They have excellent chalets in Tignes, Val Claret, with good food and a great location.

Polite staff at skiworld whom managed everything well.Not too impressed with BA's extortionate rates for ski equipment £40 out and 50 euros back paid at the airport rather than part of the package. Chalet lovely, great location, lovely staff and vibe created by them etc

Apr 12,2018The chalet was excellent/ the hosts were excellent- the resort was excellent- the travel was a nightmare - 4 changes in flight times - very uncomfortable transfer and arrived in resort at 2.30 AM travelling with 8 children -

May 14,2018We stayed in a great chalet with everything we could need. Our chalet hosts were excellent and provided us with really delicious food, as well as being great company. We’d definitely book with Ski World again.
