Apr 10,2018I was very impressed as a first time customer at ski world. Everything ran like clockwork and staff were Super friendly and helpful. When we explained our dietary requirements, this was also taken into account without an issue and a smile. Hard working young people who obviously enjoy the snow but knew their job too.

Apr 06,2018Had a great holiday. Everything went smoothly from booking, transfers & our week on the slopes. Food was really good & plentiful, chalet host was personable & struck a good balance between cooking etc & interaction with the guests. The resort hosts organised our extra excursions & restaurant booking very efficiently. We had no faults & thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Apr 04,2018Fantastic ski world representatives, from air port greetings to chalet hosts. All staff are passionate about their job and make you feel like they are there for just you. Accommodation is as it is described and the chalet home cooked food was delicious.

Apr 03,2018Everything was OK, but nothing special. Worst bits: Transfers The outward transfer driver did not want to let one of our party get their case off the coach and shut the door on them he seemed angry for no reason. The very early return transfer meant changing coaches in the dark. we could not see our bags and we had to wake sleeping passengers who had spread out (apparently no one had told them there were more passengers to get on). No apparent help from the reps. Food was good, though not exceptional, but special diet concessions were not good enough as we were asked to pay extra for gluten free and vegan. If I pay extra I expect gf bread at breakfast, at least. Other guests complained and their breakfasts improved (croissants appeared for example). Best bits: Chalet is pleasant and well located. The boot room is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful when asked anything. Overall: good but could have been much better for little effort.. Last minute staff change may have been the cause of some issues.

Apr 11,2018Overall a good holiday. The rep who was on the coach back to the airport was terrible and took us to the wrong terminal, meaning we had to walk to the other one with all of our luggage, which was a frustrating way to end the holiday. Staff in the chalet were brilliant though.
