Jan 19,2020Although I'd read about Skytracker changing the fare after the booking our change was only about $20 which we could live with. We saved about $700 each on the fare from the original. The whole booking experience was very professionally handled and the flight was no problem.

Jan 18,2020I cancelled my ticket which i booked with their agency. After cancellation its been more than 25 days and my refund is still not received. My emails are not getting responded and they are asking me to direct contact with airline. I am not sure why we are using travel agency if we are required direct contact with airlines. i am frustrated with their pathetic services.\

Jan 16,2020Simple, easy and seems like I can trust this site... all good signs so far since I had to check a detail with the airline itself and my reservation was there and in exact order... good price, easy to reserve/purchase to ticket, and seems to have been transmitted directly to the airline. I am sure there are behind the scenes limitations but thus far, excellent!

Jan 16,2020I booked my flights on Finnair and when I received confirmation from Skybooker, the tickets read American Airlines. I've called Skybooker twice to find out why I was switched, but thet keep telling me it is the same flight. I chose Finnair because of their reputation and safety record. I am not happy that I was switched on all 4 flights.

Feb 05,2020I was very disappointed with the overall experience. I will say that their customer service is very responsive and overall, they did help me rebook a flight, HOWEVER: The dates I originally booked were changed. When I called customer service they made it out to be my mistake at first, even when I had the written confirmation to say the original dates and price. The tone changed after I forwarded the original confirmation. They booked me a flight with a layover of 10 days (not what I originally booked). Outrageous. When I called in desperation to get a new flight, they told me they could absolutely get me out the next day for an additional $3k. I already paid too much for the flight I originally booked, but figured it was the holidays, so I paid it. LONG story short (I'm telling you, a painstaking few DAYS of trying to resolve the issue, which including me missing very important family events and holidays in my destination), they booked me a new flight for an additional $300, which I was told was to cover taxes and fees. The new flight was a week later than I was supposed to depart. The receipt I was sent listed the price of the flight as $800 less than I already paid them. When I asked about the difference. I was told it was sent in error, and to "kindly disregard." HOWEVER, I am STILL waiting for the corrected receipt. I have since contacted an attorney. I will never work with this company again. I feel I was charged more for a mistake that was not mine to begin with and I have the original confirmation to prove it.
