Jan 05,2020I booked a trip through Skybooker, liked the price, but encountered some problem with a return flight cancellation. The stuff was helpful, and I gave only 4, not 5 stars because for a while I didn't know what was going on, and wished someone would contact me and explain all the options. Eventually, I called, and the problem was resolved by re-routing my returning flight. Way to go, Skybooker!

Jan 05,2020Thought this was a good site. Our flights to Europe got cancelled, by the airlines, due to the coronavirus pandemic and skybooker won't give us a full refund. They want to withhold a $600+ credit card/processing fee yet when my brother-in-law, who also booked with them called to get a refund they only wanted to withhold $118 for fees. This makes no sense other than they are trying to make money on this crisis and should be ashamed. We paid for a service that we will not receive and even per the US Dept of transportation if a flight is cancelled by the airline the passenger is owed a full refund.

I booked based on the fact that I like British Airways. I am hoping that American Airlines can deliver on service.
