Jan 05,2020Don’t ever book with farestore ... first they are gonna show you cheap tickets then a guy with indian accent gonna call you about airline increasing the price for same booking.. then you have to pay for that... and you already put your card details during purchasing at the first place which they are going to check if the transaction go through (usually they first charge $1.50 or something just to check the banking details).... i would recommend “do not use skybooker or Farestore”..... thanks

Jan 05,2020Remains to be seen. Before I booked, I called to verify that I would be able to pay for/upgrade to exit row seating. I was assured I could. After booking, I could not find that option. I called and was told to contact Delta directly. I did, and was told that I could not because of the way it was booked. Called Skyscanner back and was told to wait until after the first of the year when those seats became available. Tried Delta again and was told that I likely could not because it was a group/3rd party booking for Virgin Australia who Delta is a codeshare partner with and to call Virgin Australia. Called Virgin Australia who said they couldn't help me and to contact Skybooker..... I would not have booked standard economy without the assurance by Skybooker that I could purchase an upgrade to exit row seating. Our trip is not for another 8 months, so anything could happen between now and then, but I am concerned because things weren't as cut and dried as l was led to believe before booking.
