Jan 04,2020I had not dealt with Skybooker so was a little apprehensive but came away very impressed. First, their communication on flight details and upcoming flight communications was great. Secondly, I prefer to fly at night so booked a flight combination that involved an airport change in New York. Skybooker actually called me - yep, a real person - to make sure I understood this before completing the non-refundable purchase. Now that's service!
