Jan 04,2020That was the worst experience i have ever had buying anything online, and I'd like to add that I'm not a noob. From the page not giving you important information unless you go fineprint digging, to the callcenter being so unhelpful that them screwing around cost me another $800 extra to it being one of the more expensive tickets for a route i regularly fly. Stay away from them if you can. Thx

Jan 04,2020They charged me in US dollars instead of Canadian Dollars.. When i asked to refund, they refunded me in US dollars, but due drop in value of CAD i lost some money. When i asked about the money i lost, they said they can’t do anything about. Very bad service.

Dec 20,2019It was my first trip with them, I bought my flight 4 months ago, and a month ago I received an email about volunteer change in my itinerary, I called the agency and they give me the support i needed to reschedule my flight. I spoke all time with Mike. I had a lot of problems with Latam airline. The Agency contacted the airline to try resolve my problems, and I would like to emphasize, that all the time the agency told me “I will call you back”, they did. I am glad the agency give the support I need to find a new flight “similar to my previous flight
