Nov 20,2019You should read the fine print about changing flights. My wife and I both thought it was about a $60.00 fee to make flight changes, but when we call to do so I was told the fee was almost the price that we paid for a round trip ticket. All other services were good and I would use them again for booking my air travel.

Nov 20,2019High Service Fees and Rough Service. For a USD $600 flight to Europe, they charge a service fee of USD $30. But for cancelling the same ticket, they want USD $100. The service fee is ridiculous. Note added later: The skybooker support has replied to my comment stating that their fares are transparent. The service fee of $100 which Skybooker separately charges on my credit card is not evident until you approach them to cancel the ticket. This service fee is on top of what the airlines will deduct as their cut. For example, my ticket was for $660 and Air-France deducted $300 as their change fees. This change fee was declared at the time of booking. But on top of it, the Skybooker wanted $100 as their service fee for the cancellation. Since the ticket was bought through Skybooker, the airlines will not allow you to cancel directly and you are at the mercy of Skybooker. Why Skybooker cannot declare their service fee for cancellation at the time of booking itself instead of vaguely saying "subject to Skybooker policies"?

Nov 20,2019I had a lot of trouble at the flight counter. I had to try calling skybooker, Delta, and virgin Aus airlines because they misspelled my name by one letter even after I had confirmed correct spelling of my name with them about 2 weeks earlier. They were all telling me they couldn't fix my reservation because it was through skybooker but when I called skybooker they told me they couldn't fix it either. It wasn't a good experience. I'd recommend just paying a little extra next time and having a secure reservation through an established airline. I was at that counter for an hour trying to fix things. I almost missed my flight ☹️

Nov 20,2019They increased the price AFTER I had already clicked “Buy” and completed my credit card info and all required transactions. They failed to honor the price I was quoted and made me pay extra by calling me to tell me the price had gone up. I was desperate so I agreed. This was a bait and switch. Would not recommend.

Nov 20,2019I stumbled upon this website and was amazed by the pricing, well like everything in life if it’s too good to be true it is. By the time I added on bags and seats I could have booked directly with the airline and skipped the 3rd party. No value. To give credit, the email messages and alerts were very good but does not out weight the feeling of bait and switch on the pricing. Doubt I will ever use again....
