I received an e-mail immediately after the purchase to call them and confirm I had a passport. Once confirmed by phone, all the confirmation information was sent to me. It was a pretty easy and seamless thing.

Original review: Booked the multi-city flights that I wanted at a significant discount. Down side is that fare code limits miles earned. Still worth it. Would prefer immediate access to direct booking feature, rather than referral to call center. Edited review: After airline cancelled flight due to COVID, I tried to get refund. Airline said it was sending refund to travel agency. Skybooker resisted giving refund to me. I had to get credit card company to claw back the money from them. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I loved the entire service/website. I found great flights quickly. Lowest prices, immediately. The only issue I had was with entering our info once I found the flights. Trying to enter four people's info; names, DOB, etc....the website kept timing out on me. It would ask me to refresh to ensure I still had the flights. But after refreshing it would delete everything I had already entered. I had to start from scratch everytime. It took me 10 or 11 tries to finally get all everyone's info entered. Obviously no one would want to be rushed to ensure proper info was being entered for each individual. The website expects me to enter 4 different people's info, review insurance options, premium options, plus review itinerary all within like 7 -8 mins. Totally nerve racking. I'm purchasing 4 International Flights, for a good chunk of change and the last thing I want to do is enter incorrect data and then have to pay an extra fee because I was rushed. So, my only gripe. Please Allow more time to input details/info....other than that. Totally happy.. would recommend to everyone.....now of course this is assuming my flights go as planned. I don't leave for another 4 weeks lol. Haha. Fingers crossed

bought ticket at $1400+. In website states that this price allows me to make changes free of charge. 3 days later. i tried to make changes. I checked on line, same airline, same timing, it costs me $1100. Despite allowing me to make changes and refund me $300, i need to pay additional $800+ for the change of schedule. it is only a day difference. It hould be cheaper and not more expensive. I will not book through this company anymore.
