Sep 17,2019We booked a trip to Austria through Skybooker. To start they, were delayed in issuing our tickets -- that was the first sign we were in for a roller coaster. When Air Canada changed the routing, resulting in an inbound connecting flight arriving 2 hours after the outbound flight would have departed, we contacted Skybooker to change our itinerary. For 5 straight days I called, explained my situation and asked for help changing the routing. Each time they told me they would send an updated itinerary after 24 hours. 24 hours later I would be back on the phone asking why nothing had happened. I like that Skybooker has a lot of Customer Service agents -- I rarely have to wait on hold. The problem is they don't stand by their commitments. It is terribly distressing to not feel like the booking agency you're working with will honor their commitments or if they are capable of managing your request. I found myself wondering whether this would get resolved before our trip, or if we would find ourselves marooned at one of our layover cities or spending an additional day traveling. Lesson learned, don't get lured in by the low fares. Spend the extra dollars to book directly with the airlines.

Sep 17,2019It was a great way to find cheap tickets. Did not expect the phone call at 1:30 AM that I received after booking. Would definitely use it again and recommend to others, but it's a bit different from what I'm used to.

Sep 06,2019Kept kicking me out of the 'booking process' saying I had timed out while I was entering the data required. Repeatedly. In addition, in the middle of booking I would get a message that the seats I wanted were no longer available. When "seats no longer available" it offered me the link to book other flights but it showed the same seats STILL available on the flights I wanted. Very frustrating. I finally was able to book, by adding an additional stop, but was in such a hurry (before I would be timed out) that I missed that while they were listed as KLM flights, they were actually Delta airline flights. Very, very frustrating process.
