Skybooker has great customer service. I just booked a flight for the fitrst time with them and they were super helpful and kind with me. They made sure I got the rate I was looking for and that suited my mileage program. Hopefully the flight goes as well as the booking! Thank you!
What an amazing experience. I was very pleased with the the price and my original booking for my family. Prior to our flight I had a medical emergency that required surgery. This company totally understood and worked with the airlines directly to ensure we where able to get a full refund for our travel. They went above and beyond for myself and my family to ensure we where 100% satisfied. We will always use them for our travel needs in the future.
The five stars I am giving are for Max,who went above and beyond to resolve the problem with my father's ticket in timely and very professional manner . He was proactive and persistent, taking personal responsibility in a situation where the other parties involved were showing no accountability. After writing this review I was contacted by a representative of the site and my issue was resolved. I booked a flight in sky booker and they entered my first (of 2) last name as a middle name with just an initial. I asked them to change it and they want to charge me a USD 125 fee for the change, for a mistake they made. I called them 3 times to see what could be done about the fee and they kept telling me that the representative in charge of my case would call me in 3 hours. The last time they said that representative had the night shift (starting at 10pm), so I should wait after that to get the call.
I booked a flight at skyscanner and i was promised a$945.00 roundtrip to Switzer. Once i made my payment, the next site told me there was no seat on my booking, that the flight now was $1918.00. I called this company, and Era told me, that price was one way, but she managed to get the price down to $1279.95. They were very helpful to get me on this trip.
My flight was rescheduled due to the cancellation of one of my connecting flights, but Aysha was very helpful in finding us a replacement. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because their notification system could use some tweaking. When I received the notification, it seemed that my flight had been cancelled by Skybooker (or someone pretending to be me) and not something as simple as a flight being cancelled by a carrier.
Era was very professional and easy to understand, even though clearly she has an foreign accent. The deal I got was better than the competition. So far so good. Nice company, totally satisfied so far.
the people I had to work with have such strong accents and speak very fast I had a difficult time understanding what they were saying. The amount of refund for half of my flight that needed to be changed was ridiculously high and I will NOT use this company EVER again. then after changing the flights, they spelled my name wrong and fortunately I caught it before traveling.

I booked a round trip from Chicago to Madrid 4 months ahead, at admittedly good rates. 2 months before my flight I realize on my own, without any notification from skybooker or the airline that my outbound flights were changed/cancelled. I contacted skybooker and they rebooked a slightly less convenient flight. Weeks later, I again find that my return flight has been changed. I contacted skybooker (which is evidently a call center in India, difficult to understand much of the time in English) on 5 occasions, speaking to multiple people and supervisors (looking at you, Victor). I was promised multiple times that it was being worked on, or they would contact me, but would never email or call. Finally a guy said that he probably couldn’t do anything. Total run around. Never again.
We were trying to book a flight to Europe and were pleasantly surprised when we got a call from Mac within a few min after our tickets could not be confirmed by the airline. Mac was able to give us a reasonable deal..Excellent customer serviceI
My kids were searching for a good deal for Australia vacation. I came across Skybooker site and found it cheaper and reliable. My questions and concerned were answered to my satisfaction. I was very skeptical at first. I found a good price online for a ticket from Denver to Munich. When I try to book it online I was not able to do so for unknown reasons. We found sky Booker and gave him a call. Their representative, Max, was able to book the ticket for us had a price almost 50% less than the retail price of the flight. Everything was handled very efficiently and professionally. I would use them again.
Beware and read carefully everything they send you. I did not get what was promised and had limited choices but to accept an unsatisfactory solution. I was promised, in writing via Docusign, non-stop business class tickets on Alitalia. However, after receiving my email, stating business class, when I attempted to get a seat assignment, I had only premium-economy. I called and was told that they were unable to honor their "in writing promise" of the Alitialia flights, but I could get business class on Lufthansa for roughly the same cost - although with one stop. I had limited choices as this was the best and only reasonable alternative as we had already confirmed other non-refundable travel plans. Be very careful when using this company. Make sure anything you sign is carefully read. The first document they sent did not specifically state business class. Fortunately my wife is a better proof reader than I, and requested they re-send the documents. Thankfully! Although they failed to honor their promise, at least they did not have in writing my promise to pay for their mistake. I would have ended overpaying for something I did not want. BE VERY CAREFUL - READ AND RE-READ EVERYTHING THIS COMPANY SENDS YOU. The net result is that we will end up with one less vacation day due to their error. The replacement flights are no longer non-stop, and at less beneficial departure times. We are very disappointed.
