Mar 28,2019Follow up to my original posting (at bottom): Immediately after posting my initial review I was contacted by Skybooker who told me there was a mix up and the tickets were available for original price quoted plus a $30 discount for the trouble. So in spite of some bit of aggravation, they did respond very promptly and correct the situation. I am revising review accordingly. I purchased a pair of tickets through Skybooker and then received an e-mail to contact them. They then told me they could not honor the fare due to the airline price change and quoted me a fare that was two hundred dollars higher. I have ordered hundreds of tickets though other agencies and never had this happen, so obviously I am not very happy.

Jul 06,2018Skybooker has the WORST customer service. Do not book any flights with them. They lie on the phone. Comtinually giving you the run around, sending you on a while goose chase, unwilling to help in a crisis, they are dishonest. Do not use them!!! We

I was directed to Skybooker through Jetradar and was able to book a flight for under $1,000 when other options were over $1,300. Zia helped me over the phone and gave me personal, direct phone calls to confirm bookings and seat adjustments. Very happy with the customer service and I intend to use them again. Thank you, Zia!

Jun 13,2018I found a flight on Skyscanner that redirected me to Skybooker child web site. I booked a flight and got an error after submission that this booking is not available. And it was a question if I would like to get a notification about flight availability. I said 'Yes'. Era called me right away and found a great ticket with even better duration time. She was really patient and answer all my questions. She reserved a flight for me and processed payment by phone, once I checked reservation on Delta official web site and confirm my permission to collect payment for this reservation. The ticket was processed within an hour and Era called me to make sure I got my eTicket in an email. I'm always suspicious to third-party services, but this one has great service and I'll keep it in mind next time when I'll book my flight. Thanks a lot, Era.

Jun 06,2018I had the opportunity of dealing with some very courteous professionals. To start with, I got some unbelievable, superb discounts with major airlines. After the company had received my reservation, they called to confirm all details associated with the reservation to eliminate any possible mistakes. I received the ticket confirmation within hours of them calling. Additionally, I was also able to pull the reservation on the airline's website. I am indeed a truly satisfied customer. They saved me BIG bucks.
