Jun 29,2017Very happy with the Sleeping Duck mattress after about 4 months of use. It always feels firmer than I thought I wanted (my wife loves it as well though) but I've no complaints at all and I look forward to sleeping on it. Only real problem was in not ticking the box for someone to help you upstairs with it, my wife and I just could not shift it as it is really heavy and we had to get burly neighbours in to help, so be warned

Jun 28,2017I had my old matteress for just over 7 years. The springs were starting to sag and poke out the side. I was very hesitent about buying an all foam mattress. I did, in the past, buy a 12" deep all foam mattress and that gave me back issues. What drew me to the sleeping duck was its blend of micro springs, latex foam and its great exterior design. The matress is usually covered up but its nice to know that under the sheet is a beautiful matress that compliments my bed frame. The ordering online process was quick and easy. The box was super heavy but that was explained in the online tutorial about unboxing the mattress..... nice touch SD. One particular thing Id like to say to people thinking about this mattress is the customer service is beyond great. The whole setup with the website layout, the emails explaining the process and the video tutorials are fantastic. Other companies should take note. I will be buying my next mattress from Sleeping Duck for sure. See you in 9 years :)

Jun 28,2017Superb mattress - very comfortable and supportive (nice and firm which I like). It is very thick which means the bed ends up being rather high! But it's worth it for the better sleep.

May 24,2017I initially ordered the firm mattress which I still found a little soft for my liking. I was promptly sent the firmest inner mattress filling without charge. This didn't affect the 100 night guarantee either. The mattress is perfect with the zip open cover such a great feature. I can easily replace the inner fillings in the future if needed. I am sleeping much better and find the mattress to be really quite excellent. I certainly won't be sending it back :-)

May 23,2017Good customer service from ordering to being kept informed of dispatch and delivery which was within a couple of days. Very heavy to get upstairs but worth the effort as it is extremely comfortable and we are sleeping soundly.

May 23,2017When moving house, I bought new mattresses for the master and guest bedrooms. I usually like very firm mattresses but my partner prefers a bit more give. We have found the Sleeping Duck medium firmness perfect for us both - it is supportive but yet forgiving (doesn't give us dead arms!). We both sleep really well, and our guests are impressed with the mattress in the guest room too. The mattress feels high quality, and doesn't leave us feeling hot or sweaty. The mattress is very deep. You will need to find extra deep fitted sheets for them. I found some in Next that fit well. The customer service has been fantastic as well. I initially bought firm mattresses which we found too firm (and even one mattress in the wrong size!) but they were able to swap everything over with no fuss and at no extra charge. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sleeping Duck. I did a lot of research before making my purchases and am glad I settled on Sleeping Duck.

May 22,2017DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY To save you reading all the below - move on and buy from a business you can trust and who will honour their refund policy they make such a big thing about to hook you in the first place Our journey: 1. Taken in by wonderful marketing 2. Take delivery - boxes dirty and broken, mattresses spilling out so they were refused 3. Gave them a chance and alternative mattresses supplied. Packaged OK this time though one box and the mattress was DAMP. One also has a split in it where the stitching has come apart!! 4. The mattresses are rubbish - look comfy by their shere size but they are awful - lifeless and dead and I suffered neck pain from just 3 nights on it. We are sleeping on roll out beds again 5. They never answer the phone - in fact I do not believe they exist in UK at all 6. Return arranged - didn't show up as they didn't have room in the van! 7. Now can't get through to Sleeping Duck or the collection agent 8. We will have to ask our credit card company to claim back the funds I hope the above helps you decide to use someone else. I am massively disappointed, not to mention uncomfortable and currently out of pocket with two hopeless mattresses that haven't been collected. Do not trust them and shop elsewhere. Edit 25th May. Money has been refunded but collection agent has failed to show again and can't be contacted so we are going to give them to a local furniture charity. My view about Sleeping Duck has not changed sadly

Apr 04,2017From beginning to end, my Sleeping Duck experience has been great. Like many, I was unsure of ordering a mattress online that I couldn't try in person, but the 100 day trial meant I wouldn't be stuck with a product I didn't want. The mattress arrived within 3 days, rolled up and vacuum packed in a box, making storage easier until our frame arrived. Watching the mattress return to form was great fun. I ordered a medium and it felt very firm for the first couple of days compared to my old mattress. However, my body quickly got used to this and felt a lot better for it in the morning. No lower back pain, and no aching shoulders or neck. Nearly 2 months later, my mattress cradles me and offers me the best sleep I've ever had. My body is supported in every area, regardless if I sleep on my side, front or back. The biggest advantage is not feeling my partner moving around during the night, which means less disturbed sleep for both of us. The mattress is very heavy and fitting sheets is sometimes quite awkward. However, I feel my arms getting stronger so I am now going to consider this a perk! I have recommended Sleeping Duck to my family and friends, and I will be returning in future. I am very impressed.

Aug 05,2017We were promised delivery on Friday, never showed. When we chased (and only then) were we told around 1pm there was an issue at the warehouse that meant it couldn't be delivered. But that problem would have had to have been on the Thursday or earlier if they were delivering on Friday.... We were then told they could deliver in the week, when I asked for the Saturday of the same week we were told that wasn't possible. I asked for them to cancel the order on Friday, they still haven't refunded the payment. Shocking service, if this is how they trade what's the product like?
