Dec 06,2024have tried on several occasions to transfer owner details on animals we have rehomed from a registered charity. The website is useless and the contact numbers are automated and you can not speak to anyone, emails are never answered. We deal with several microchip companies and this one is the worst by far. We would strongly recommend not having your animal microchipped with a smart trace chip.

Dec 05,2024DONT REGISTER WITH THEM - £21 and they do less than free sites …. And when you try to unregister and move oh what a fiasco! (Other sites, for free, hold your dogs pic. Other sites don’t propose you register in UK, North America and Australia!! Really - pay extra. I’d this likely?!?)

Took a day to sort but all good and now in our name and registered to out address. Phone number is no real help as its automation and limited. Good result but frustrating
