Oct 07,2024I had a problem in respect of a rogue company having inserted a device onto SmartTrace website which meant that I was, potentially, defrauded. However, after contacting SmartTrace, by email, I received a reply from Joanne who was very helpful and resolved the issues very quickly. Please note, if there are any issues, my understanding is that you've been Hi-Jacked by an unrelated company, illicitly, using SmartTrace website therefore, the negative reviewers may have had their experience NOT at the hands of SnartTrace. My experience was positive and helpful.
