Marked my cat as missing over 12 days ago and thankfully had a happy ending with him coming home late last night. Joanne was very quick to respond to remove the marker as missing to home safe and even made sure that I emailed from the correct email address that the chip was registered to, to avoid any fraudulent request being sent

After making an online enquiry on a Saturday night Bree responded to me first thing Monday morning. Bree was able to advise me regarding transferring a pet from a different keeper using a different service onto Smarttrace alongside my current pet and later confirmed that she was able to see the transfer and that it would take a mandatory 7 days to complete.

Very poor experience of this company, I have no idea why their database is in a mess! I was acknowledged my pet has been transferred to others! It is ridiculous! If it is not the breeder’s choice I won’t use this company again!

A must say a massive thank you to Joanne today for a really quick response and also for putting my mind at rest with my issue. I would recommend people to email not ring as I got very stressed ringing and got no where with it, as soon as I emailed I got a response fron Joanne very quickly and almost straight away. Thank you so so so much.

Spoke to Joanne via email with a problem of passing a chip to a breeder for a single kitten. Nothing was a problem infact she didn’t just help me but helped the breeder with the transfer and also offered more assistance if needed with anything else needed would 100% recommend these guys and 110% if Joanne was always available to deal with you issue as she sorted the problem that really wasn’t a problem when she got her hands on to it Thanks again Joanne
