I would like to thank Bree for her immediate response & resolution to my query regarding the Smartchip of my pet being assigned incorrectly to a new owner. Something as you can imagine was very worrying for me at the time as I no longer appeared as the owner to my cat online.
BREE was excellent in understanding my enquiry and was extremely insightful with the information she could and couldn't provide due to legislation. After purchasing a dog from previous owner who had lost the paperwork, I am trying to be a responsible dog owner and trace her documents. I have had to have her revaccinated, due to her missing her yearly booster. So believe this is all in order now. The previous vets never had anything as they only gave her, her 2 vaccines and initial health check all in order. The microchip is up-to-date. I highly recommend this company!
What made my experience good was that the staff member Bree listened to my concern and rectified it without any further issues in a very quick and timely manner. We had my dog who is now 16 months old and the breeder had registered the wrong microchip number to my dog and one of my dog siblings had gone missing and had been found. This was the only reason that I found out otherwise if my dog had gone missing I would potentially never find her again due to this mix up, but now Bree has rectified this now so this will never be an issue for us thank goodness because I would be lost without my little dog she is the 3rd baby that we never had.

Well that was a mistake talk about mole hills and mountains and making things more expensive and difficult through no fault of my own I couldn't get a refund they wanted me to spend monies by getting a report from my vet at a cost far more than a refund would be they can keep the £20 73 and disabled pensioner I may be old but far from stupid
