Mar 04,2025Excellent advice and help given by Diane on 28 Feb 2027, when I wanted help in how to change ownership of my dog Penny who I recently purchased. Firstly, I hadn't noticed that I had made an error in the Chip Number, which Diane had noticed, so that was the first helpful thing and how great that she sent me all the instructions on how to take the next steps to complete the process, so that was really helpful and completing the steps to the end took no time at all, so my registration was completed to change Penny's ownership.

Feb 28,2025Had an email from a company called Petchip which said my dog’s microchip had elapsed and if scanned would read as an ‘unregistered animal’. Got in touch with Smart trace, who supplied the original microchip and they confirmed that this is a scam and microchips last the lifetime of the dog. A very quick response from Bree at Smart trace, which was much appreciated.

Feb 28,2025Ordered chips and the next day they arrived wow very fast indeed. Chips are nano size which is far better than larger chips for most dogs.
