I contacted SmartTrace via email to explain the dilemma. A response was received almost immediately and the details amended. The customer service from Joanne was outstanding. Feb 13,2025We dealt with Diane regarding a possible scam email that we received regarding our dog's microchip. Our initial email was responded to promptly ( within minutes to be exact ) and confirmed our initial suspicions that the email was indeed a scam. Diane then checked that everything was still OK with our current microchip registration and asked if we had any further queries. Excellent customer service 10 out of 10.
