A Rep (Rozen) did contact me a few weeks later and was able to help me out. Although I had made many changes to the order he was always there to support me to the final purchase. Thank you Rozen

Feb 04,2025I did get a reply when I reached out... several of the replies were generic "weather" delay when that is just not good enough in my opinion. Basically no issues with Solar power store....only issues with how the shipper reports. The product did show up only two day later than the original eta and was not damage as far as I can tell with out un rapping it. NO forklift holes anyway.

Feb 01,2025Thank God this company has techs like Michael S. He was able to get me up and running. He was the highlight of my whole experience with this store. If it wasn't for him I'd be giving this a 1 star. After they sell you the unit you are basically on your own. As a first time installer it was a terrible experience.

Dec 31,2024I placed and paid for my first order (a couple 600 volt DC breakers) on Dec. 16, with 2 day shipping from Purolator Express, as my customer is off grid and needs his system up asap. I received notice Dec. 20 that my "shipment is on the way", which wasn't true. Only a shipping label was created Dec. 20. Today (Dec. 30) I finally get notice the package has been picked up at SolarPowerStore. Very disappointing.

Nov 22,2024In general, this was a good first time experience with the Solar Power Store! The sales staff I dealt with helped me through the options and let me know they could design the system which was helpful! The design needed a couple tries to get it right but they were willing to make the changes even when I added a few extras during the process. The only issue was that communication was a bit slow mostly with the design side and I never was able to converse with design team very effectively, the sales folk had to prompt them on a couple things, however I know they were busy so I wasn't too worried. In the end, I have a professional design and a undamaged system that arrived at my house a couple days ago! I'm excited to get it all installed now so thank you Solar Power Store!

Nov 11,2024Great service, helpful staff. I got 23 44 x 89 solar panels delivered to my residential adresse . I was a bit scared of how everything would be packaged. I was surprisingly pleased. Very carefully stacked on a pallet with no excess cardboard to get rid of. Not a scratch on my panels. I will do business again.

Oct 02,2024My initial experience with Solar Power Store was positive, as they offered a comprehensive solution for my solar installation, including permitting and utility coordination. However, their performance deteriorated when it came to the finer details. Despite multiple revisions, they struggled to produce accurate drawings, and the final engineered plans also required corrections. Additionally, the equipment they delivered was incompatible with my system, and crucial components like mid clamps and PV wires were missing. These errors have resulted in significant delays and prevented me from generating power during the peak summer months. The project has been ongoing for four months, and I'm still waiting for essential components like the 200 amp disconnect, despite paying for the system in June. Despite these issues, Solar Power Store has not offered any discounts or promotions to compensate for their mistakes, and their customer service has been lacking. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their performance and would not recommend them to others. **Furthermore, I've realized that Solar Power Store's approach to customer service can be costly.** Any errors or delays in the project are ultimately passed on to the customer, resulting in additional expenses for labor, shipping, and lost time. Update: solar power store tried to report my review and have it removed becouse it was negative

Mar 08,2025awesome equipment all CSA and UL approved, great customer service thats always there for you, by far the best solar store in Canada and i highly recommend them (and i am a lic electrician, college instructor that knows what he is talking about) that included and all phase of installing solar, the Solar Power Store is a very good Canadian company selling Canadian products like "maple leaf" and fyi my system works perfectly and runs my whole house with no power bill $, so im loving it and highly recommend the Solar Power Store, they have been great to me :)
