Wasn't sure what to expect at first, but a friendly, professional video call to view the house and detailed and informative run through of the T's & C's had us read to progress almost straight away. Great communication and pleasant to deal with. For awareness we only went through the initial stages with Sold.co.uk before having to pull back (personal reasons, no fault of theirs) we will go back to them if circumstances change.

Dec 25,2021postage stamp of a property c/w damp to rear of property, back door that doesn't close, steepest steps to front, upstairs and to tiny garden. Described as two bedroom (one small & other tiny), bathroom seemed functional. Buy it for £80k + and you will be robbed. London offices, Glynn Neath location - doubt agent has even seen this pup! Have heard from Sold asking me to verify that I in fact dealt with them. Despite wanting my name and contact number they have not called. Have further heard from Sold, Jamie pointed out that Trustpilot is for reviewing the service provided and not giving my "opinion" of the condition or value of a property. That this property has been surveyed and valued by a professional was news to me, whereas my mention of the back door not closing was news to Sold. There are three flights of steps..to front door, internal to first floor and to garden, all of them steep. An estate agents description of a property can range from realistic through non critical to downright misleading. Have again heard from SOLD, this time a little more positive though I did view almost a year ago. Hopefully they will stand by their latest comment.

An excellent price achieved, better than I would have achieved with a local estate agent. Photos of superior quality, no pointless communication just a rapid securing of a buyer. The solicitor they connect you with for instruction was also very efficient. She dealt with all issues with haste and ensured my experience was painless. Thank you. Dec 20,2021Offered 300k for my cottage which STRIKE estate agent valued at 400k. Enjoyed my discussion with valuer only not interested in moving for moving sake. If unable to achieve 380k from a cash buyer I'm happy to stay where I am. A delightful property my boyhood home too nice to give up. SOLD.CO.UK is a great option to sell quickly and with legal fees paid so worthy of approaching.

Dec 06,2021I am giving SOLD 4 stars. Having endured a tough time find a buyer for my flat for many months, SOLD found a buyer in a few weeks of marketing it and I got the price I wanted. Things got a little drawn out and sticky for a while as there were some complications from the buyers side. Considering I never met anyone in person I was that little more dubious about dealing with an agency. One particular individual whom I had dealings with initially, Initials (ZM) was not particularly empathetic and was met with a high level of condescension and unprofessionalism. As the process continued I did have to keep chasing the agency to get updates as the sale was dragging on for a while and there was some miscommunications between their recommended solicitors and themselves in that one party thought the buyers had pulled out of the purchase when in fact they had not. All in all - I got the desired result and if I were to look at specific areas of improvement it would be: A. Ensure all staff are speaking with clients in a professional manner less the condescension B. Be proactive in communication by giving regular updates to clients. Even if there is no change, its always good to know you ‘are on the case’ Thanks to Dipesh and Dahnish for overseeing my sale.

Dec 05,2021SOLD were very professional and panctuate from the start. Onboarding was done online. Professional 3D photography and a video tour were followed by several accompanied viewings. The property was sold within a couple of days. Hence five stars.
