Having made the decision to sell our home the whole experience with sold.co.uk was reassuringly easy. We responded to an ad of theirs online. They called us back within the hour to explain their service and ask if we wanted to have an evaluation. The next day they contacted us, walked us through a look round the house via video and gave us a fair price for the house. The people involved were professional, helpful and made everything very easy.

Excellent communication and customer service. I completed the simple form online and had a phone call seconds after pressing submit. The advisor was really helpful and took me through all the details I needed. I was then booked in for an online valuation. This was super easy and again all my questions were answered and a clear plan of how SOLD can help was talked through. Highly recommended.

After requesting several times and being assured that my property would be IMMEDIATELY removed from your listing, I discovered that the property STILL appears on your site. I really didn't want to write a bad review, even though I should have for what I've been through but you have given me no choice as you are now compromising the remarketing of this property. UPDATE - 20 October 2021 I was contacted on 18 October by SOLD.CO.UK stating that all the listings have been removed and that I should remove my review as it's unfair. Well surprise, surprise the listing are still present. I had to contact several of the site owners who kindly remove some of the listings. However, some have stated the SOLD.CO.UK need to do it on their end. Based on my experience, very untrustworthy and unprofessional. I have escalated this issue to The Property Ombudsman. I will be updating the review until ALL the listings have been removed. UPDATE - 1 NOVEMBER 2021 It has been over two weeks since I've requested the removal of my property from ALL websites. On the SOLD.CO.UK website, in particular, the property details and images appear blurred. The blurred out text which describes the property details is easily revealed if you scroll and highlight the area. The images are still recognisable as the blurring is light. The listing appears on the Bing search results with full description in the snippets. As previously stated my property is NOT for sale but appears this way due to SOLD.CO.UK refusal to remove property information and images from its website. I had to trawl through websites requesting the removal of the listing and submitted over 60 Google and Bing 'Outdated information' requests. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worse enemy especially after being assured by SOLD.CO.UK that my request for the removal of the listing will only take a few hours. SOLD.CO.UK have chosen to ignore my email inquiring why the property can't be moved from their website in its entirety instead of being blurred. SOLD.CO.UK actions appear maliciously unprofessional.

So far so good. Had to chase for the initial contract paperwork but after that everything has gone well. Excellent communication by the account manager Ellie Felicien. Now need to see how quickly a buyer is actually found.

I had my property for sale with a local estate agent for nearly 6 months and only received 6 viewings & one very low ball offer, Totally fed up! I then changed over to Sold.co.uk and wow what a difference! I feel appreciated and the whole team were great especially Tia Lewis she has been super on her customer service & kept me informed all the way, we agreed what price i needed out from the sale and proceeded, well 24hrs after my property launched onto the normal websites I had a cash buyer investor offer at the asking price, Sure I know that Sold advertised & will receive a bit more than I agreed to receive but that's fine , they have taken care or all the legal costs and made my sale a pleasure, so they well deserve every penny they receive .

I signed up with sold as wanted a quick sale, as I'd already secured an onward purchase and they did exactly as advertised. Agreed a price I was happy with, quickly arranged the EPC and marketing material (also included 3D virtual tour) then accepted an offer within a week of going on the market. Great communication throughout and after sale, which is needed especially with an online agent. Simple business model meant the price agreed was what I received, no extra agent fees and legal expenses for the sale included. Would recommend and use again.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Ellie has been brilliant all through out. We are just finalising the final parts before putting the house on the market but the professionalism shown so far has been outstanding. Without a doubt I would use them again. Even if the house does not sell, the communication alone is worth the opportunity given to Sold.
