Apr 30,2021I can't rate these guys enough! After being with an estate agent for 5 months with no progress I was so deflated. We originally contacted We Buy Any Home for a valuation, but we were recommended to go through their sister company, SOLD.co.uk. I was then handed over to Izabella who has been absolutely fantastic! She was so quick to answer any questions we had and to get the ball rolling with our property listing. We all of a sudden had a very quick turn of events where the new build development we were buying our new house from offered us part exchange on our property so we no longer needed to go through SOLD.co.uk. Even though we didn't use their service in the end, I would highly recommend using SOLD.co.uk to sell your property. The communication is brilliant and I was amazed with the professional photographer they used to capture my property. Such a professional company and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again should I have a property to sell in the future. Thank you!

It is not an easy and stress-free process, but all the agents that helped us have done their best for a smooth process. We really appreciated that they have not used any aggressive sale approach as other agencies have done in the past. Thecniques that are not really worth as they only annoy the potential buyers, trust me! Really recommanded!

We bought our first house though Sold.co.uk And telling the truth.... we were super excited and nervous at the same time for our first house’ deal to smooth and Estate Agent’s panel made it happened. In less than 8 weeks our deal reached to completion date. They always were reaching us and informing the current status of the deal and solving queries in no time, never gave a room to get delay in process.

Mar 22,2021After being asked to relocate for my job, I needed to sell my 3 bedroom terraced house in Leeds in the space of 8 weeks. I originally put an enquiry in for their affiliated company, webuyanyhome, who offered a discounted purchase of my property. Unfortunately, the cash offer was too low and wouldn't allow me to buy my new property so the person I spoke to on the phone redirected me to Sold.co.uk It was nice to know that I could list my property online without having to pay any fees and that I could walk away with a figure that I'd agree with them. They have been doing all the work for me (they negotiate fees with the buyer so the seller doesn't have to pay any) and thankfully I have just accepted an offer - all the while I was able to carry on with arranging my move and not have the headache of trying to sell! I've had a lot on my plate and they really have helped me out. Thank you to Lucy and Haydn who I spoke to originally and referred me to the incredible team at Sold.

Mar 20,2021After a bad experience trying to sell my house with a well-known estate agent I was a bit put off from selling it all together. The process was too complicated, too intrusive and the fees they wanted to charge me made the whole thing less attractive. A good friend of mine pointed me towards Sold after she had used them to sell their house within a month from starting. Incredibly convenient, streamlined service and an assurance I needed in a pandemic-riddled world where everything is uncertain. They were honest from the start and helped me weigh my options carefully. When someone is willing to send you somewhere else if they don't think they're the right choice for you, that's how you know they're good. Cannot recommend more.

My flat was sold 40 days after I was sent to them from there I think sister company WeBuyAnyHome couldn’t recommend more.

Mar 14,2021If I could give them negative stars I would, absolute con artists (probably why they had to change their business name) say they're free but typically take 5k off the price they sell your property for as standard whereas any other estate agent would be much lower or even try strike as they are a genuinely free estate agents. No one from sold answers messages or calls in a timely manner, never know what's going and their whole premise is to sell your place quickly with their "contacts" (which I bet you don't exist) Recently tried to sell our property through sold.co.uk and it was an absolute nightmare, communication with the company is non-existent despite having the direct number of many members of staff - no use if they don't pick up the phone! Likewise the potential buyer couldn't get through on the phone either to make their bids/arrange a viewing FOR WEEKS! So that meant that many opportunities were potentially missed, meaning neither buyer nor seller can contact the agents to try and get a sale through! I suspect they're a much smaller business than they let on and currently can't cope with their workload - not our problem. Not once did they apologise for their complete lack of communication, instead they blamed the current pandemic (despite other agents working fine during this time as we've been able to make offers and arrange viewings within days). Not our problem if they're unable to adapt accordingly. One thing they're very cagey/non-descript on is their fees. They take AS A MINIMUM 5k fees from the sale price and their sales model is to offer properties very low and try and start bidding wars to bring it up. A very risky strategy for the property owner and over double the fees of a traditional agent. They failed to get a sale within the 30 days they stated anyway so weren't exactly a quick option for sale :'). Save your money, get proper customer service, use a traditional agent. All they've done is hold us back a month.

Mar 13,2021Can’t understand the bad reviews! I had a fantastic experience with this company. I had a tiny amount of viewings with my previous estate agent and knew I needed a change. Had loads of viewings within a week of being on the market with sold.co.uk. I got an offer within 12 days at the price I really needed to secure my onward. Genuinely can not thank them enough!

May 01,2021I needed a quick sale on my property as I recently got a new job across the country. I originally contacted We Buy Any Home to try and get a quick sale on the property but the price was slightly too low for what I needed to buy my next property. I spoke with Lucy on the phone who ran me through the sold.co.uk service. She was really friendly and helpful and didn’t try to push me towards either option, she explained both services well and really tried to help me with what would be best for my situation. Unfortunately at the moment I am in an estate agency contract with another company, however, if my property has still not sold within the next month I will be coming back to use sold.co.uk. This is because I feel that I received a genuine service over the phone, this is not just someone trying to sell me something but someone who genuinely cared about my situation and who seemed to really want to make sure that I did get the sale that I needed. I have no complaints regarding the service and would like to thank Lucy for all her help so far.
