Mar 05,2021Overall the experience was good. However, at times there was no communication advising us on viewings and feedback on viewings. There was a little confusion regarding fees, but was sorted quickly and efficiently. The completion of the sale was handled in a professional manner.

Mar 05,2021Literally the worst company I have ever delays with. I wasn’t even sure if they were a legitimate company as the service was so bad. No one called up no update. I couldn’t get hold of any one on progress. Didn’t even go auction for months. Wouldn’t return emails or voicemails. I have checked and they removed my Property off listing but No one has ever notified me. Cf42 5nr you can check your system and see you listed the property. I have all my emails and details that you listed my house and wasted months.

Mar 03,2021Helpful call centre staff. Polite photographer. Listing looked good and great communications during the negotiation stage. And kept up to speed with solicitor process. All fees paid and got the value I wanted for the house. Would use again.

Feb 23,2021The worst and most useless agency I heave ever NOT have pleasure to deal with. Agent stood me up for booked viewing. NEVER responded to any of my emails. Number of phone calls never returned. Avoid as much as you can - worse experience ever! (Update in response to below reply) I have scheduled booking with an agent for Sunday the 21st Feb at 14:00, and I was waititng at the property for half hour - no one showed up. I phoned up the office number, I have been promissed a call back - no one called me back. I have then called three more times the next days - no one called me back. I have sent number of emails requesting update - received no reply. Zero. I gave up on this property as a result. Very poor service from sold.co.uk, shame.

In fact it is due to his hard work and tenacity that this sale actually went through. I would not hesitate to buy or sell property with this company again.

Jan 13,2021Sold my property in 21 days. Everything was managed for me, and the staff we always friendly and informative throughout the sale. In person viewings could still go a head in Lockdown which was good, but in the end our buyer was from one of the virtual viewings the team organised. Overall, they got the job done. Thanks to the team, particularly Phillippa and Dipesh for getting everything done.

Jan 11,2021The initial contact was very positive and they seemed to be quick to respond and help. Unfortunately that all changed once I had signed up. Firstly, and I feel most importantly, they did not explain their business model at all. The business model they operate is to agree a price guarantee for you, which is the amount you will receive. Anything they achieve above that amount they keep. If the eventual sales price is below that amount then you will receive the sales price less £3,000 to cover their fees. None of this is explained. Hence, they will try to push your acceptable offer as low as possible in order to enhance their potential return. So, it is better to hold the price high and accept you may receive the sale price less £3,000 if accept lower. On top of this the service provided was shocking - For a year I had to continually chase them about viewings and feedback. Only in the last few weeks did I have someone who was more proactive, although throughout the exchange and completion process it was again myself who was doing all the chasing of solicitors and mortgage company in order to make sure every was done on time. I really do not know what element of the process the organisation added any value at all. Yes, it took 13 months for my house to sell after being guaranteed it would sell within a month for the price advertised. As you can imagine they never followed through on their advertising claim of giving you £500 back if it did not complete within the month. I had a couple of conversations with the Sales Director about all of this and all he could say was that he was apologetic and the person that initially dealt with me should have explained everything and 'that it is alright now because they no longer work for us'. Irrespective it is the company responsibility. In addition I sent several emails to the Sales Director and received no response, even after speaking to the person dealing with me about it, who assured me that they would bring it to the attention of the director and they would response. All in all the experience was terrible and showed no care or attention to the client. The service was abysmal and they did not even explain how they operate.

Looking to purchase a property, contacted Sold.co.uk through their live chat on 15 December around 4.30pm requesting a viewing of a property on 17 December. Was advised someone would call me to arrange. It’s now 28 December and I have heard nothing by email or phone. The house is still on the market! Update: I have upgraded the performance from 1 star to 3 star as some attempt was made to recover the poor service and Dahnish the booking clerk was very couteous, apologetic and professional when we spoke. However the additional Trustpilot response from Sold could be misconstrued .... ‘ Looking at the call records we have, I can see that our bookings clerk, Dahnish, and yourself both attempted to make contact at the time, however it seems you kept missing each other’ This is factually incorrect. The first contact from Sold was in response to my Trustpilot posting and this was on 4 January and yes Dahnish and I did miss each other on the phone on 4 and 5 January. Unfortunately this first attempted contact was 18 days after the date I was in the area to view properties. Anyway matter closed. I purchased another property on the day in question and in any event I have been advised that the Sold.co.U.K. property is under offer although still showing as ‘For Sale’ on the website a week after my eventual conversation.

Dec 18,2020We enquired with We Buy Any Home due to buyers pulling out. This was adding a lot of stress for us and having an offer from We Buy Any Home was a life saver and gave me peace of mind through a stressful transition of home and job. In the end we did have an offer go through via a private sale however I found this service invaluable at the time of enquiry, the staff were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a stress free way to sell your home.

Mar 09,2021We were referred to sold.co.uk from their sister company Webuyanyhome.com as they thought that it would offer a better return on the property The process with sold was very simple and straightforward and once instructed they set off at a quick pace, with photos and the EPC being completed the following day with the property going live on their web site within 24hours. They kept us up to date with viewings and feedback. The property initially sold fairly quickly but had to be re-advertised due to the buyer pulling out. The property was not without its issues so the market for it was quite narrow. After long discussions with Sold we went down the online auction route with satisfactory guide price and competitive fees from sold. We received a good cash offer negioated by Sold before the bidding went live and exchanged & completed within 48 hours Communication was great throughout good response to emails and phone calls and sound advice at all times. We would certainly use them again without hesitation. Its different to usual estate agents, the fees are transparent and they are people you can talk to. Give them a try
