May 28,2021Great experience with So Soft Beds, I ordered two deep single ottoman beds with mattresses and headboards, we are happy with everything. Glad we went for the deep base ones because the storage opportunities are fantastic. Easy to put together too.

Apr 25,2021Really pleased with our end opening ottoman bed (which is gas lift assisted to open) - there is lots of storage and the bed is so sturdy which you never get with slatted bed frames. Customer service has been great - they are so responsive on the WhatsApp chat which has been very helpful. Ordering our second bed base from them now so would definitely recommend them!

Email enquiry answered promptly and customer service after sale was great , I had asked questions about delivery and building and they answered almost right away. Very high quality ottoman bed and headboard. I paid a small deposit at time of order and the rest of the payment was cash on delivery but I'm sure there are options to pay in full at the point of purchase Very happy and will use again .

Turned out better than I imagined! Honestly am so happy with everything, from customer service to the quality of both my orders!! Will not use anyone else! Apr 08,2021Could not decide, what colour of material to use, on the bed and headboard, Requested some material samples, which arrived the very next day. Configured the bed, which was very easy to do on their site, and chose the material colour we wanted. Placed the order and bed was delivered in about 3 weeks. After delivery received a call from them to ensure everything was OK which it was. Had a small problem after a couple of weeks when some buttons on the headboard came adrift. Contacted Sofotbeds about this. They were very apologetic and dispatched some replacement buttons which arrived the next day. They have said that, if there are anymore issues with buttons coming loose, they will replace the headboard. Hopefully it will not come to that. We are very pleased with the bed and the great customer service received.

Mar 26,2021Having searched many Ottoman beds on the Internet, I found Sosoftbeds. The prices are great value and the website easy to use, to 'build your own bed'. The option to pay upon delivery is unique in these times, but does give a lot of faith and confidence in the company not just taking your money and failing to supply the product. I had a couple of questions and they were answered almost immediately through the messaging service. The bed came extremely well packaged and appears to be well made. No doubt we will be given you further custom in the future. Thank you.

Mar 24,2021I bought an extra-deep king sized ottoman bed from this company and have used it for a few months now with a Hypnos mattress. The bed is well made with materials of good quality and the storage capacity is huge! The customer service was also excellent with the company going out of their way to adjust a headboard for us that didn’t quite fit where we needed it to, and even giving instructions on the phone to make it very easy to install. Overall I’m very pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend this company.

Mar 24,2021I ordered The tall Oxford ottoman wingback. Had this about two weeks now and have to say it’s amazing. It looks so expensive and it’s really well made. I received a call to discuss the sizes I ordered to ensure it would all fit properly. Really good service. Definitely made the right choice by choosing the tall headboard. I chose 4 drawers rather than the ottoman lift as I find these really heavy. I would definitely recommend .

Mar 17,2021Waited to write this review to ensure I was totally satisfied. I ordered a king tall oxford wingback ottoman in 60 inch for my bedroom. I communicated with Hamza via WhatsApp who was honestly the most patient and knowledgeable person I have dealt with. I sent him pictures of where the bed would be going and he gave us advise about the size and colour too. Swatches were posted to us and we were able to choose the right fabric. Our bed arrived in a very quick turnaround. Everything was wrapped and secure. My advice is to have the bed delivered to your room of choice. It is HEAVY. Setting it up was straightforward and the final look is absolutely stunning. I went for the plush velvet steel colour and I can honestly say it is incredible. I was terrified of the fabric staining and I am sure I must have drove Hamza nuts with questions. Well in true fashion, the first day we got the bed, we dropped a large sealed cup of bubble tea on the carpet which splashed all over the sides of the bed. There were marks EVERYWHERE. The amazing thing was that every single mark from the bed wiped off completely clean. You would never know of the disaster we caused! Thanks again for the most amazing bed with plenty of storage (we went for the regular). It is so well made, very neat and strong. Worth every penny.

Mar 16,2021The quality of the bed is amazing, and it has also a stunning designer looking. Dispatch was really quick and the customer service provided was very responsive and exhaustive. Even if many businesses have hardly being hit by the pandemic, I got the fabric samples requesting them via WhatsApp chat by mail. Then when bed was chosen it took only 2 weeks to arrive in London. I also got a NHS discount as a key worker. They were very prompt to update me about tracking of delivery and left all in my hallway using PPE and according to health and safety measures. Really satisfied about all! Thank you guys

We ordered our bed on the 22nd February and it arrived on the 10th March ago sooner than expected but very welcome as we have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor since deciding to refurbish the entire upstairs of our house. The customer service which we received from Umar was brilliant from our first email to him right through to confirming delivery date and time! He even video called to check over measurements on our restricted staircase due to the size of the headboard we wanted which fitted up perfectly. We will 100% be ordering any beds we need in the future from them and won’t hesitate to recommend them to people we know looking for a new bed. Thank you so much for making such a stunning bed and ottoman box built from high quality materials in such a short amount of time it has completed our new bedroom perfectly

Feb 25,2021Bed delivered in 2 weeks custom built to spec. Materials are very good quality and it feels built to last. Excellent customer service as well, kept in touch all the time. What more could you want? I can't believe I was considering waiting 12+ weeks when looking at other retailers.

Feb 12,2021I brought a super king bed over Christmas and it arrived within 4 weeks. Communication: customer service rang me soon after I placed the order to make sure that bed will fit into my home. Product quality: easy assembly and good quality. Delivery: it was delayed for one week but the courier kept me informed during the process which made it smooth. Change order: I changed my mind on the material after 4 days upon placing the order and customers service quickly acknowledged and accepted the change. I was refunded the difference. Overall good service and product, recommend!

Because I decided o the non standard extra deep base was advised it may be 2 - 3 weeks which I found acceptable so was pleasantly surprised to get a call after just 1 week. The young man I dealt with was extremely friendly and lovely to deal with. The pay on delivery option was very reassuring as I was put at no risk at all as to the standard of the bed. The delivery company they used proved equally reliable and arrived within the time slot promised not bad at all as we live in Devon a considerable distance from West Yorkshire. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you to all concerned.

Jan 22,2021So pleased with our purchase! We ordered a 15 shades of grey king size bed with a 70” headboard. SoSoftBeds were the only company I found to offer a divan base with drawers rather than an ottoman with a huge headboard. The price was very competitive too. We ordered samples of the materials to pick what we wanted and this came very quickly. After ordering the bed Hamza contacted me twice to double check we had measured that the headboard would actually fit up the stairs to get into the bedroom. Communication has been brilliant all the way through. The bed arrived around 4 weeks after ordering (bearing in mind Xmas fell in the middle of this). We paid the courier cash on delivery which we were unsure about but all was fine. The bed itself is beautiful! Very well made and a real focal point for our bedroom. Thank you to the SoSoftBeds team. Would highly recommend.

Jun 13,2021We ordered a king size ottoman divan bed, with end opening and a re-inforced extra deep base. We decided to order our bed from sosoftbeds as they seemed to offer the deepest ottoman beds we could find, and we liked how small the footprint of the bed is (same size as mattress, so works well for taking up minimal space). Our bed was delivered this week and the quality seems very good. We ordered our bed in the naples cream which looks fab. When the bed was delivered there weren't any instructions so I quickly messaged on whatsapp and within minutes I was rung up, sent instructions and chatted through the process of putting the bed together. We were extremely impressed by this quality of service. The bed was on the higher end price wise compared to some other options, but with this bed we got the extra deep storage and reinforced bases. Plus the quality seems very good. So we view it as a good investment! We would recommend Sosoftbeds to other people :)
