Feb 10,2024After an initial grumble of lack of communication, I can honestly say that was soon rectified. The bed was delivered to our satisfaction, and was very stylish and comfortable. The delivery team were very polite and prompt.

Jan 24,2024Ordered two ottoman double beds. One arrived damaged (burst cover, muddy bed base) which we only spotted when transported to the 3rd floor. The same base had no pistons. Spoke to Customer Support who sent the pistons and a spare foot, as one had broken, within 2 days. Request for a discount for the damaged unit was ignored. Quality of the beds seems really good, pleased overall.

Dec 21,2023DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It isn't a real company. They will not communicate with you email or calls. They will not give you a delivery date even after 4 weeks when the order you have placed says 2 week delivery. They wasted 4 weeks telling me my bed was made when it wasn't and at Christmas time when I wont be able to order from anyone else. Theres no email communication. Just a guy (same guy) at the end of the phone every time saying you'll hear from the courier soon. There is no courier. There is no processing orders. This company is a scam. You will be dissappointed. Dont risk it. Shop somewhere else. Anywhere else

Adam was very helpful when needed to arrange delivery and the courier who delivered the bed was also pleasant and helpful. The bed itself is excellent, if seems very well made and sturdy. Assembly was easy too. Would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Dec 01,2023I bought 2 extra deep beds. 1 with a headboard. They have changed my life! Sooo much storage that is so easy to access. Very well made & nice to look at too. A few mis communications along the way but all were swiftly corrected & a goodwill discount too. Not the easiest to get through to on the phone but once you do they are very polite & knowledgeable about the products. Great delivery service. I was sceptical at first but don’t be - this company provide high quality beds. I couldn’t find one with deep storage anywhere else & being able to customise the beds was perfect as I needed legs on them due to my underfloor hearing. Sosoft beds had so many options & I couldn’t be happier with the end product. Thank you.

Nov 30,2023I paid extra for bed to be put up but it wasn’t and I was lied to by the delivery men. I then paid a local odd job man to put the bed together and asked so soft beds to reimburse the amount they charged for assembly 3 times only to be ignored - shame because I would’ve rated higher if this had been sorted!!

Nov 30,2023Really happy with the product. From ordering online it took about 2 weeks for the bed to arrive just as the website said. Love the fabric, ordered the extra strong pistons which work well for our very heavy mattress. The storage is brill (I got the standard depth which had plenty of space without making the total bed height too high). Only reason for 4 stars is that communication wasn’t great and to be honest I wondered if I had been scammed. Plus I paid a deposit online and then got a email to say I have to pay the remainder in cash to the driver - that sounded very fishy. When I inquired they said they would also send a link to pay with a card. After a couple weeks and a few updates I got an invoice with a secure link to pay the balance. That seemed more legit to me but I was still skeptical until the bed arrived. But we love our ottoman bed and are really happy with the quality.

The customer service has been first class each time I’ve spoken with Adam, before and after the purchases. The delivery guy was equally polite and very helpful. The beds were very well packaged, ensuring there were no marks, and easy to assemble using the guidance on the website. Two great purchases, thank you!! My experience makes so soft beds easy to recommend. I’ve nothing other than positive feedback.
