Dec 25,2020Bought 3 single ottoman beds from here based on my sisters recommendation. Absolutely brilliant quality really well made and look better than i thought they would. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Cannot fault the service from start to finish. Came within 2 weeks of ordering. Will recommend to everyone. The owner went above and beyond for us and i am ever so grateful.

Dec 20,2020Ordered a king and double ottoman and the quality is excellent. Love the huge amount of storage inside and it is very solid, secure and comfortable. The rustic velvet fabric is beautiful and worth the extra expense. The company kept in constant touch about delivery and the concerns we had about it fitting up the stairs, and went above and beyond to help, which we were really appreciative of. Assembly details can be found online and they are easy to follow. I would fully recommend these beds as they are super quality, look fantastic and they were the best that we could find in terms of value/quality/delivery speed, when searching on line.

Dec 14,2020These guys are simply amazing! I am not even over exaggerating. From the day I placed my order with Sosoftbeds I found their customer service to be “top notch”! I had some concerns of what I had ordered for the colour and material of the bed which were sorted out ASAP. They sent me some swatches out in the colours that I advised I preferred, which I received the next day and I text the WhatsApp number to confirm which one I wanted. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I got a phone call from the shipping team, who delivered my bed. The quality of the bed is second to none! I am over the moon with my purchase and just want to thank the guys at Sosoftbeds for all of their help and hard work. I will 100% be recommending these guys to all of my friends and family. Dec 06,2020After searching for many weeks to find ottoman bed with extra deep storage. I found it So SoftBed and I ordered Tall Oxford Wingback (Tall Chesterfield) ottoman bed with extra deep 44cm storage and 60ft headboard. We received our bed in timely manner (4 weeks) as was stated in order/purchase receipt. We love the bed, it's gorgeous and well worth any penny. Plush is so soft and we are sleeping so well in new bed. Storage is massive and have put so many stuff there. Assembling was very easy and straight forward. Stuff at So Soft Bed were helpful and informed us in progress of manufacturing our bed until delivery day ! Me and wife would like to thank all stuff at So SoftBed (especially to Omar and Hamza). I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to buy luxury bed in reasonable price !

Nov 27,2020I purchased two Queen Ann beds in plush grey velvet and dark grey velvet with ottaman storage, a double and a king. I absolutely love the quality of the beds, very high end and has luxury look to it. the headboard is better than I expected. the storage is very roomy and I can fit a lot in. my girls are In love with it. I also purchased two mattresses. would happily order again with them. Great customer service, specially from hamza.

Oct 26,2020Astounding assistance! was incredibly please with all support and customer service and bed delivery and was boundlessly understanding while I posed a tremendous measure of inquiries! Great client assistance! The conveyance was incredibly immediate and the driver was extremely respectful. The bed is generally excellent quality and was astoundingly all around evaluated. I have been amazingly intrigued by everything. Good grades to the organization for such really reasonable and fair estimating, such phenomenal client support and such a splendid item. 100% suggested! Much appreciated !

Sep 13,2020I was apprehensive about ordering a bed from this website before ordering, the bed took a little longer to arrive than advertised although that was not really an issue for us and understandable at the present time, we heard nothing until delivery time BUT the bed when it arrived was just what we wanted and very good quality for the price paid so great value for money overall (hence 5 stars), communication and customer service was good around delivery time with a couple of courtesy calls after a hiccup with delivery. My advice to the sosoftbeds, please just consider communicating with customers better during the process especially if the order will be delayed past advertised delivery time, thanks. Love our Oxford 60" Tall Wingback Ottoman Floor headboard in plush velvet black!!

Aug 29,2020We took several weeks to decide which bed to order and messaged so soft beds several times to ask questions and request fabric swatches and the communication was excellent. We decided on a double divan with drawers with a 70" Queen Anne headboard with no studs in plush velvet grey. Be patient as from order to delivery was about 4 weeks. They're obviously so busy as everyone is spending money on their homes at the moment. After a slight mix up with the delivery yesterday, the bed was delivered last night after Umar went above and beyond and we are very grateful to him for that. The bed is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The quality is excellent for a great price. Our bedroom looks fabulous. Just a note if you're considering a high headboard - our stairs are standard height and we got our double upstairs on it's side with a few centimetres to spare but this wouldn't have been possible with a kingsize. Thank you Umar and So Soft Beds. We won't hesitate to recommend you to friends and family.

Aug 08,2020Ordered a bed 4 weeks ago, communications has been dire. Promised delivery today and they would call this morning to confirm time. Had no call or bed delivered and tried to contact several times to no avail. Absolutely terrible service. Wouldn't even give 1 star

Jun 23,2020I would have given a lower score mid purchase because had a small problem but customer service was good and managed to resolve the issue. The small issue was the gas struts on the bed were to powerfull but this was resolved by Sosoftbeds exchanging for a lower rating. I Believe the issue is caused by mattresses being made lighter now. The Bed is of good quality and looks great in my Sons Room and he loves it. We have now placed an order for Another Bed as we were Happy with it.

May 31,2020I was a little dubious about how the bed would look considering it was incredible value, I ordered a divan with 60" headboard, there was a slight delay but umar kept in contact, I couldn't actually believe the bed i viewed would be anything like it in reality but it was, it's absolutely gorgeous and beautifully made, I'm so impressed and have already recommended to friends and family, outstanding product at incredible price. Umar you're a legend.

May 30,2020Alvador double ottoman bed - very pleased with my purchase. Well made, solid, quality bed base and headboard. Excellent storage. Good design as mattress sits on top of base rather than being inserted in a surround using up valuable space in a small room. Kept well informed re delivery.

May 28,2020Exactly what i was searching for, full 5* earned from me, brilliant services & the products are unbeatable, The best bed on the market (solid base & top) with a beautiful interior finishing and plenty of storage space also words cant describe how amazing the headboard looks in the rustique fabric & also a very comfortable mattress (1000 pocket royal) the best I have come across to date not slept as comfortable in a very long long time, keep up the quality @sosoftbeds 👍🏼 Reccomend to all 27/05/2020 Thank you.

May 08,2020Bought a double ottoman with large headboard for my daughters bedroom. Two man delivery , not that they can take it indoors at the moment but nice to know they could in better times. I will probably be ordering a king size ottoman fairly soon after seeing it and putting it together.

The delivery was fantastically prompt and the driver was very polite. The bed is very good quality and was exceptionally well priced. I have been extremely impressed by everything. Dec 28,2020I ordered a super-king Queen Anne wingback bed and I'm very happy with it. Construction is solid and it looks well made. The gas lift pistons are struggling ever so slightly when trying to open with the weight of our superking mattress but I’m content to wait and see if they are just stiff and opening the bed becomes easier with repeated use. The bed arrived in 3 parts which is great as there was minimal ‘constructing’ to do upon arrival but be warned, they are pretty heavy to move upstairs. We went for the rustic velvet stone fabric which is beautiful but looks more green in person than the swatch photo would suggest, It still works with my decor though and I am very happy with it. They do have the option of ordering fabric swatches so that you can check these things, I was just too impatient. They were also speedy when answering any additional questions I had via their whatsapp messenger option which was great. Overall a great purchasing experience from sosoftbeds and I would use them again in the future. Thank you.
