May 08,2023Having toured the bed shops looking for an Ottoman divan rather than a bed with headboard, I knew what I was looking for. Lifting hand slots rather than loops which look insecure, as well as upgradable pistons for my very heavy mattress. So pleased with my new bed. It’s upgraded on every option and still cheaper than I had seen. Quality is excellent and service fast and efficient. My only comment would be ease of payment if you put a deposit down. Wish I had paid in full, as I paid before it arrived anyway. Definitely recommended. My sons both have shop bought ottoman beds which cost more and are inferior quality.

May 06,2023Bed looks and works as expected. I don’t think divan beds are the most beautiful but went for it due to the large amount of ottoman storage (we opted for extra height storage base) and have to say, this is great. We’ve put loads of stuff in there already (ski clothes/ helmets/ suitcases, bedding etc) and still not full! Would recommend to anyone needing storage.

May 04,2023Fantastic bed, well made, very sturdy and super easy to attach pistons and clips (10 mins). I had the extra storage option and wow, it stores so much stuff. My sister commented how much better mine was than her Ikea one. My one and only gripe is it was delivered at one minute past seven A.M ....bit of a culture shock for me being active at that time in the morning lol. But I suppose someone has to take the first slot.

May 04,2023My son was after extra storage in his room and the answer was clearly an ottoman bed, however, there wasn't as much storage underneath a regular bed as he needed. After searching online we came across the company and they had the perfect solution, extra deep storage and reinforced for all his books and paperwork. Delivery was fast and efficient, The bed was easy to put together. I have since replaced the pistons as his mattress was heavier than we realised and the ones supplied were struggling with the weight of that plus bedding etc. but you can upgrade during the build process if realised earlier! Would definitely recommend and we are already considering replacing our king size with the same as it looks so smart.

Apr 13,2023Lovely super deep bed base. Loads of storage, we have got 3 times the amount in compared to a standard bed base. Delivery damaged it but was compensated and resolved. It’s a great base and has transformed the room.

Apr 09,2023I recently the 15 shades of grey bed from from Sosoftbeds. The service I had to start with was great, I made contact via WhatsApp and my queries were answered and I offered some swatches to help me make my decision. I thought this was great as I had seen that these weren't free. Unfortunately, I didn't receive these, but I was happy to pay so ordered some myself before making my decision. These arrived very quickly and I was able to order my bed soon after. The process of ordering is really easy and with a discount code I was happy with my order and received confirmation straight away. I had seen that lead times were 2-4 weeks so didn't expect to hear anything from Sosoftbeds until then. In fact, I didn't actually receive any more contact from them. The initial emails said that I had to pay cash on delivery to the delivery driver. I thought this was odd, but multiple.emaiks said this same thing so I went with it. I received contact from the courier 2 days before to confirm my delivery date, then the delivery slot and an up to date time followed. When the bed arrived I was told that I couldn't pay cash. The delivery company were great and tried to sort this for me but, alas, they said they couldn't take payment and would have to take the bed back. Having disposed of my old bed, I frantically checked my emails, confirming that it said 'CASH ON DELIVERY'. I tried repeatedly to contact Sosoftbeds, but no reply. After multiple calls I finally got hold of someone, who told me 'you can't pay cash, I have sent you a payment link' and laughed about it. This was unprofessional, at the time this was a tense situation as it was looking like I was going to have to sleep on the floor. The payment adn't been sent before, and if it had I wouldn't have taken a large amount of cash out the bank. Thankfully, I was able to pay on a card, but imagine this could cause others a bigger problem. The bed itself I am really happy with. A couple of minor details, such as the holes for the headboard and base don't line up perfectly, and one of the sides of the ottoman is depressed slightly at the bottom. However, this is more than liveable as it's not seen, and the bed looks and feels great. It has made me realise how bad my previous bed was. Overall, a great bed for the money, communication isnt great after purchase but having seen other reviews this wasn't a shock. I would use the company again as the product is great, and I now know, despite the email it's NOT cash on delivery

Mar 23,2023I was looking for a really deep storage ottoman bed and So Soft were the only ones who did one that suited. I was a bit concerned about the reviews so I spoke to them on WhatsApp and they were super helpful so I decided to give them a try. The bed arrived yesterday and it's great! It's very sturdy and really easy to lift up. I wasn't sure about a couple things when trying to assemble it but they answered the phone straight away and advised me. Delivery was no hassle. Guys brought it straight in to the room. All round a positive buying experience. Very happy with my purchase.

Mar 21,2023Really great service from start to finish. From my initial enquiry to the delivery team that brought the bed to me, it was all first class. I was able to use my own bespoke legs on the bed and have the cost of the originals removed from my order with ease. I was sent fabric samples within 2 days and the actual bed took only a couple of weeks to arrive. The bed is fantastic and was easy to assemble the couple of screws I had to attach for the hydraulic lifts. It works exactly as it should and looks like a really high quality bed. All my communications were answered really quickly and I thought it was amazing that I could place the order, just by paying a deposit - only paying the balance upon delivery. I couldn't fault Sosoftbeds! :-)

Mar 08,2023Ordered my bespoke bed after receiving swatches to choose fabric! Contact was easy and reassuring. Ottoman bed base came with 2 efficient careful delivery men. 20 mins later was in position and secure. Exceeded my expectations it is just perfect,great quality. Great company Thankyou

Feb 04,2023DO NOT ORDER - This is a verified review and their comment in response to this is a lie. i ordered a bed over a month ago, Had barely any communication regarding it and tried to reach out multiple times, finally got a response after trying again to contact them but this time via whatsapp. They then told me my bed couldn’t be delivered due to my location even though i paid extra for it to be delivered to it and there was no problem with it on the site. They said they would refund me. It’s been 3 days since I had a response and my messages will no longer send fully. I assume I have been blocked. I am now looking at having to legally get my £500 back as they have now effectively stolen my money from me. As a student who has saved for this bed. It’s been extremely distressing and worrying for me and I can only advise that no one else has to go through this by staying away from this company. Update- I did later receive my refund a lot of stress and having to get family members involved to help me to get through to the company and after it was mentioned to this company I was going to take it legally.

Jan 30,2023My bed took 2 months to be delivered from date of ordering. There was no communication whatsoever to advise me of any delay. Only when I contacted them was I given various excuses for the delay which finally led to them blaming their courier. After waiting almost 8 weeks I got a text from the courier giving me a date and time slot for delivery but they didn't turn up. I had to phone Sosoft Beds next business day who did apologize and told me my bed hadn't been loaded on the van. I was phoned back by a manager who gave me a delivery date for that week and said that he would phone me the day before delivery to confirm that it was going ahead. This didn't happen and I had to phone again only to be given 2 possible days that it might come and was also told they would call me back when I asked for a confirmed day. Again this didn't happen and my bed was only delivered the following week. I am really pleased with the bed itself but only giving one star as the whole experience was a nightmare. As a pensioner having to sleep on a mattress on the floor for over a month I was left feeling stressed and unwell. I'm afraid I wouldn't use this company again for other beds that i will need.

Dec 07,2022Communication was a massive problem, they took ages to reply to an email, they only ever answered their phones once out of numerous calls & messages left, they finally called me back when I threatened to cancel my order, but, the bed is great. Good quality & much cheaper than the damaged rubbish I sent back to Bensons for beds. Delivery guys would only leave the bed just inside my front door, blocking my hallway all day until my husband got home.

May 15,2023The bed is comfortable and was easy to put together. The delivery service was efficient.
