Nov 28,2023Completely messed up our renewal, advised us that we were receiving the same cover and we were not, only found out when we tried to claim on our legal insurance. They don't respond to complaints and won't deal with the customer direct, have to go through your financial advisor and then hide behind the small print. Save your money and your time, go elsewhere and avoid like the plague! I would rate it 0 stars, if I was allowed.

He called back very quickly and was extremely helpful. He was able to find me a cheaper quote and tailor it to meet my needs.
