Source are unable to renew cover to a vast quantity of our clients who reside in Northern Ireland and has caused us a lot of additional work for us. They have been unable to bring on board companies to make up for this loss.

42% increase on renewal of existing long term customer - absolutely ridiculous increase !! Went elsewhere for a modest 11% increase !!

I contacted source insurance as my payment was being increased and I couldn't access my account, I was assisted by Grant who was very helpful, I received a copy of my documents showing the increase, but I was not able to reset my password, but Grant sent me a link but unfortunately I was unable to access resetting my password.

Robbing b****rds. Have a DD setup. They take it at 00:30 and I have insufficient funds. Transfer funds into account. Now receive a letter telling me you are charging me £10 as a fee. That’s over 30% of the DD. But it’s ok get a nice letter saying if you are struggling we are here to help. Help would be being considerate!
